These are very expensive machines - so you expect good after sales support. I call up a stockist for some spare parts. To identify the part number they say call Stiga - which I do. They will not supply the identifying drawings to get the part number and are amazingly unhelpful. "take it to a parts stockist". These parts are eyewateringly expensive even if you can identify the part. If you want after sales support - steer clear of this brand!!!
