This firm does not honour its guarantee!! Bought a table cover which started splitting just before the 12 month guarantee period expired (we got two but only one split). Raw Garden just kept saying that their supplier wouldn't answer the phone! After many e-mails over many weeks, they finally said that the guarantee period had expired so they wouldn't do anything about the defective cover

After over 11 months of use the suppliers of the weather covers decided that 'general wear and tear' should be expected. Rawgarden made repeated attempts on the customers behalf to get a replacement. Please reflect on the customer service provided an not the out come.
