They say you don’t know a company until things go wrong – well after a computer glitch at checkout I can report that i.sells sets a new gold standard for customer service.

The person I dealt with and his team went above and beyond to rectify the problem and even phoned me to take my order personally. All this for a first time customer spending less than £100.

In other news the goods arrive very promptly and appear good quality so I can recommend i-sells.

Purchased a couple of Vent covers and arrived promptly with text messages regarding the delivery . I would suggest that when the Louvred Grills are don't be tempted as one reviewer has suggested that you prise the front part of the grille from the fixing plate with a kitchen knife , Just push the Front Grille firmly from behind - fix the back plate and then replace the front by re-inserting into the opening

First Class company, I've brought several items from this company and had a minor problem with an item which I overcame without contacting them, the rest of the items were perfect. I however left a review on the item commenting on the minor issue. To my surprise they actual read my feedback and contacted me to apologise and to supply a full replacement which was despatched to me the same day. You really find out how good a company is when there's a problem.

Visited shop today after speaking with the person I dealt with on the phone yesterday.

Had a couple of problems with a Heat Recovery Unit. The person I dealt with resolved the problem immediately on the phone. Service was absolutely excellent. We previously went to Lee but this shop is a huge improvement. So clearly laid out. If the shop had not been here we would have used another Company. Given the problem we had with the Unit we would have just returned it but having spoken to the person I dealt with yesterday resolving our problem on the phone and in person it was a great experience to come to the shop and resolve the matter. Whilst visiting we sorted out what we need for our next project and also got a nice cup of tea from another guy!

Mr Koray offers excellent customer service and products that are competitively priced. Buying from the website was very easy and products were delivered swiftly. Thank you so much, very happy customer!

Had a terrible experience at work today I had persuaded the owner of the property to purchase 2 Kair K-HRV150 heat recovery units through i-sells. Once installed by a professional and fully qualified electrician he identified a faulty switch in one of the units; He told me to contact the supplier and get a replacement unit. I rang i-sells and they immediately started accusing me of not getting a qualified electrician to install them and demanding to know the name of the electrician who had. He then basically refused to accept that there was anything wrong with the unit despite me repeatedly telling him that there was. His final word was that he would get back to me but he wouldn't say when. I was so appalled by his attitude that I had to contact the manufacturer but they were only marginally more helpful. The best I can get is to get the unit taken out and send it to the manufacturer and they might send a replacement. I will never purchase through either company again these units cost just shy of £300 and neither the supplier or the manufacturer would acknowledge the fault. They should send an engineer to repair/replace the product at their expense not browbeat their customers into unacceptable conditions of sale. I am truly appalled at both companies. 

Strongly do not recommend, do not use this supplier! Said delivery would be 2-4 working days, three weeks on still waiting.

Made at least 7 calls to this company today as I expect my order today and find that it is not coming till Saturday. Not good and would have not placed another order if I knew about the unreliability of the 1st order. Don't try calling they don't answer! Not impressed
