Product out of stock, no notifiction, poor communication, claimed refund via Paypal.

I was very disappointed in the service from this website. They did not have the item I had paid for in stock. Nor did they did not let me know.

They did however answer my first enquiry as to it's where abouts- I was told they were expecting it later in the week. I still did not receive my order 1 week later and got no answer to my further enquiry. I had to initiate a claim with Paypal to get my money back.

The product would have been good value but I would not recommend spending money here, and if you do, make sure you can claim it back.
