I had bought a garage door in February 2021 and the electric motor just started to play up, got in touch with the company and spoke with an agent who exceeded my expectations, she was so helpful in as much the problem I had got resolved within an hour of talking to her, absolutely brilliant company to deal with, look no further than this.

The after service shocking. Door came with wrong and missing parts. After several phone calls to the lady still did not receive a call back from technical. Finally got all the parts I had selected on my quote after having my garage insecure for 5 days

Easyfit were a joy to deal with. The door looks superb and the staff were so helpful. Not being much of a DIY person I was sceptical about fitting a garage door myself but right from the beginning they helped me through every stage and I'm delighted with the result! I had a few quotes online when I was looking around and although Easyfit wasn't the cheapest they were offering a longer guarantee than most and probably most importantly were happy to give me advice on the best way to install on my garage. I asked the same questions to others but no response! I really can't fault them, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful until they received our money! After 9 months the garage door stopped locking. We phoned the office who kept on saying they would ring back but they never did. After speaking to the manager, he advised for us to adjust the limits ourselves but when this failed to resolve the problem we rang again only to be told that our guarantee had now ran out. They asked us to take photographs of the problem (very difficult thing to do!) and send them to the company - they denied ever receiving them. After endless telephone calls to the manager explaining that the lady I spoke to initially never returned my call, I was then informed that this was his wife and was spoken to in a very rude manner. In the end he offered to pay half the costs for an engineer to come out. The engineer came out and advised that a part was needed and he would come back to us - surprise, surprise he never did! Hence never touch this company with a barge pole!!!

Replaced my draughty, heavy, intrusive up and over double garage door with the electric roller shutter door with remote control and local puch button operation from Easy Fit Garage Doors. Always wary I exchanged several emails with the company before placing my order. Service was excellent with telephone calls as well answered as emails. A small enterprise, I spoke and dealt with one person who knew what she was talking about and made the effort to provide for my needs, where non standard.

A replacement GRP door would have cost me £2500, a roller shutter door fitted was around £1600. The Easy Fit door cost me just below £1000.

Garage door arrived on time as agreed.

Fitted that weekend following the imperfect, but adequate video instructions and the unit works well.

The only bad thing I can say about the experience was that the door skin in very thin and soft. Hitting the door with a brush handle while sweeping up outside will dent it. I think you could dent the surface if you punched it.

However the door is excellent in every other way. Remote control works well by bluetooth from 50metres away. The door is insulated and quiet and has made a real difference.

I am impressed and happy and should tell others, rather than only write reviews when someone has let me down.
