We needed a thermostatic cartridge for our hotel to be picked up by our DHL courier 10 minutes from the time we put the order in. The Di Vapor staff made this happen for us and had the product ready to be picked up for when DHL arrived. We have now received the product and are now up and running.

Forgive the pun. I bought a sauna and got exactly what I wanted. It's something I've looked forward to for years to be honest. I got a good deal at Grand Designs live on the unit (an ex display unit), so I'm super chuffed about that. The sauna looks the part, and plays the part.
