Really great customer service from start to finish - a rare thing these days. Great prices on great products. I have already recommended this company to a friend, and I'm about to order more planters from CF now. I'm sure that speaks volumes in itself.

From the time of enquiring about a patio set until delivery, the service was beyond expectations and first class. The staff were helpful and efficient and kept me fully informed of details regarding my order, via email. Delivery was fast, 2.5 days. More than impressed.

I recently bought a sofa set from Commercial furniture. I had seen the set on the their website but decided to by over the phone. The sales person was very friendly, professional and flexible in organising a delivery date that worked. The delivery took place a week later in exactly the allocated 2 hour time slot. A team of two (one of them the company director) came to make the delivery and make sure we were happy with our purchase. About two hours after they departed a sales person rang to make sure everything was delivered on time and that we were happy with the set.

All we are now waiting for are the matching footstools; we are counting on the same great service.

I wanted a Kamado Joe - website said it would be shipped in 2-5 days. It was shipped following day and arrived in two.

I was told delivery man (TNT) would put it where I wanted it to be - which he happily did.

We looked at a lot of places for the Kamado Big Joe for our BBQ business. Commercial Furniture UK offered the best price around. The service was excellent. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure we got our new outdoor oven on time. It actually arrived the very next day! The stove is excellent and we have already enjoyed feeding all the family a fantastic al fresco meal. Our only complaint was all the washing up afterwards!
