I purchased a tin opener from these on ebay at the start of lockdown in March. Delivery was 3 days but with everything going on I wasn't expecting it to come on time. Ended up waiting 3 weeks because Hermes almost delivered it then sent it to the other side of the country and

then back?? So delivery was rubbbish. Then the seller had packaged it just in a plastic bag. So when I opened it it was totally squashed, unusable, and ready for the bin!! I messaged the seller sent them pictures and message telling them it was damaged and ready for the bin. They replied telling me they would send a replacement straight away. So with the first taking 3 weeks to arrive I wait another 3 weeks. Nothing comes. So I message the seller asking if they had tracking details so I can see where it is. They never replied. I sent them several more messages no reply!! So I ask for a refund. They accept and ask me to send the damaged item back. I send it back and I wait a month no refund. eBay are telling me they have received the item but the seller is saying they havent and won't return my money until they have. Have no tracking details due to post office being shut and having to just deliver by first class post. So basically if you don't want to loose your money when things are already tight don't order from this horrible company!!!

Two days after placing my order I started following up for tracking information as my order was due. No one "was available" to take my call - I kept being promised a call back. It didn't happen. Then my order was refunded as apparently the stock had been damaged. So don't waste your time ordering from this company

Best price for the product I was looking for. It was also securely packaged and delivered on the day I requested. What more can you ask for.

I found them very quick and responsive with very good communication skills. There is a fantastic range of products and they are also capable of handling large quantities of single products which I found quite rare and shows true professionalism. Customer care is second to none and I will always be happy to do business with this fine company! I find their website an utter joy to use and the checkout system easy and uncomplicated. Their prices are usually the best, but i'm always happier to support established businesses I have dealt with before when they are the odd few pence more expensive as at least I know where I stand.
