Ordered a mirror end of aug still not received it , kept getting excuses saying it was On it’s way , they lie all the time they don’t answer the phone then when they do it’s all lies , you email and it takes a week for them to reply . I am now 12 weeks down the line no mirror and can’t get my money refunded even though they keep saying they have refunded my card .which they haven’t . I have now involved the credit card company and trading standards . Please do not buy anything from this company they will trick you and you will end up fighting for your money back . Terrible company !!!!!

Appalling! I ordered and paid for a mirror over 7 weeks ago and have heard nothing since. The phone isn't answered and nobody replies to e mails.

I don't know where to go from here??

The mirror we ordered for our living room was absolutely amazing.

I ordered a mirror for over £90 in May 2021 and after 8 weeks I got in touch to ask where my mirror was, since it had not been delivered. They claimed they had dispatched it, but nothing arrived. It took months and months of emails from me and several phone calls to try and get my money back. After 8 months of terrible customer service I only just managed to get my money refunded, with very insincere apologies and lack of care. Appalling.

Ordered 2 mirrors for £509 which WERE in STOCK! Ordered in June it’s End of October! No mirrors no communication from them to start sorry for delay ! Asked for refund told refund has been actioned despite my bank confirming They HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY Money! Discusting service guy who introduced himself as manager. And confirm in writing refund has been actioned ! But don’t want to provide receipt as NO MONEY has been Refunded!

DO NOT BUy from mirrors showing in stock they will take your money and hold to it and u will have to call them hundreds times.

Had the worst experience buying from these people. If they ever answered the phone they told me that it was on its way. 2 months later still nothing so Paypal refunded me in the end despite the fact they kept telling me it was on its way when it was not! Very Disappointing! 2 months and still no mirror!

Ordered a mirror online, had it delivered within the week - rang with specific delivery instructions, very helpful staff did just what we asked. Beautiful mirror was well packaged, no danger of it being damaged, we would definitely buy from them again.
