All round excellent service. Easy to find what I wanted, delivery planned and happened on time.

Ordering was easy and I quickly found what I wanted. Delivery was quick and efficient. The only downside was that the inner plastic packaging was too tightly stapled on and I hurt myself trying to remove it. Tried staple remover, knife & ended up with a screwdriver. The headboard was slightly marked but after the struggle to unpack it I did not want the hassle of trying to change it. Other than those problems all was fine.

I contacted customer service, within 1 day the problem was dealt with. A replacement sent out straight away. Highly recommend.

After trying different disappointing mattresses, sleep solution provided me with the mattress I can describe as desirable, lovely, high quality and comfortable. I am very happy with the purchase and choice I made. I will surely buy from them again if I have to because I have had many disappointing mattresses from other sources in the past.

Had a slight smell from the beginning, but that was to be expected with these types of mattresses. after a day, smell was more or less gone.

The mattress is quite a soft memory foam compared to some other memory foam mattress I've had. it contours to your body and feels supportive, it's not very thick but it works just as well! The only criticism is the odd chemical smell , it takes a few weeks to die down !
