This company is not fit for purpose. I ordered a canteen of cutlery which was supposedly send out by DHL although Savoy and Snook were unwilling to give me a tracking number, when this never arrived they said that DHL had lost it, they then said they were sending a replacement out which was another fabrication. The cutlery never arrived and Savoy and Snook said their system had broken down. They then refunded my purchase price. . A totally unsuitable company to do business with and would recommend that you shop elsewhere.

I ordered a "Ruby Wedding" photograph frame on 21st February, it arrived on the 24th, it was very well packed and I am delighted with the frame, excellent service and I certainly will be ordering again in the future. Well done.

Arrived within a few days, unfortunately I got sent a smaller item of the one I wanted but they replied to my email the same morning and have allowed me to keep the smaller item and sending me the correct one straight away.

Would definitely recommend!

I was a little unsure using Savoy & Snook initially because was unable to find any reviews on the company. After a little investigation they appear to run a shop in Snodland called China Chaps, so I went for it.

The items were reasonably priced, the website easy to use. The delivery was quick and the packaging very good. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

We bought some plates and were very pleased with them.
