I recently ordered a chest of drawers from this shop. It was the first time I had ordered from them but I was looking for something pretty specific and they were the only place which had it.

I was pleasantly surprised to have an email less than an hour after ordering thanking me for my order and letting me know it was on the way together with a personalised email.

It is all too easy these days in the age of the internet to forget basic manners which is something this company have not done.

That in itself to me is well worth a review.

So a big thank you to KivaandMomo and an ever bigger thank you to Kiva who personally dealt with my order and really did make my husband's day when his special present arrived.
