The following review is about an item of furniture we tried procuring from Kit Stone/Naptune.

Placed and confirmed an order with Neptune for a couple of bedside tables.

30 minutes later receive an email saying the price online was wrong and the correct price is 150% more (£341 changed to £795).

Upon checking back the website, I notice that indeed they've increased the price, though only by 100% (to £595) and after re-reading T&C's I leaned that they only charge delivery to certain postcodes (ours was not on this list and I was sure they offered free delivery).

I emailed back highlighting the aforementioned shortcomings and requested a full refund.

I heard nothing for a few days so messaged the company on facebook.

I was told that somebody would be in touch. Another few days went by - NOTHING.

Eventually - following another prompt from me this morning - I was emailed and this was a yet another gem.

I was advised that the refund has now been issued and informed that on their website it 'clearly states that if delivery is outside of the UK, we will quote for carriage'.

Just wow!

Don't know whether to laugh or cry, but unfortunately, the search for the perfect bedside chests of drawers continues.

As much as we liked them in the first place, following such a bad experience, I refuse to pay any money to this company!

Poor, unprofessional and irresponsible service!
