Absolute Disgrace Service
Cancelled order before dispatched via wowcher.
Reply was have to cancel via ukfurniture4u for authorization code before refund.
Ukfurniture4u replied can not find order or voucher code or myself on their order system.
Spent the whole day trying getting refund completed, by giving them the information needed had no reply for 24 hours.
Then all of a sudden i received a email we have dispatched your item.
Refunds are not part of their policy playing games hoping your keep the item is more like it.
I cancelled because ukfurniture4u reviews are awful and can not be trusted to provide quality item or any good customer service.

Excellent Service
Ordered the Windsor corner sofa, was told 4 weeks for delivery. Sofa was delivered in 2 weeks, Delivery drivers had difficulty getting the sofa up to my flat as staircase is very tight, they persevered and eventually got it in. They unpacked and assembled it for us.
Overall, great service by showroom staff and delivery drivers.
I’m so happy with our new sofa, very comfy and looks amazing in our new home.

Lost my deposit due to there lack of listening at there end, they then had the cheek to demand another delivery charge, they failed to notify there driver for the incorrect info given by them. They are rude and never return your call, I would rather sit on the floor than pay them any more money. Maybe they should read there reviews, as only the positive ones are kept on there website!!

Do Not Buy From These People, Lying Rip Offs
Bought a leather 3 piece that started to rip within months of purchase revealing its not leather but infact cheap vinyl, contacted them & they said its wear & tear & not covered by warranty,they've blocked me on facebook & instragram & refusing to answer any emails, they also got my review removed from trust pilot, ive contacted watchdog & rogue traders. I will not let this rest, im sure most of the positive reviews are fake, save your money & buy from another store thats well established with quality furniture.
Just looked on their website and see they have now "Re-branded" as Sofa Club, wonder why!!!!

Also got told to email with complaints they ask for invoice number and then fail to follow up, also been blocked from facebook page and thought my review on trust pilot had been removed but did find it and also have the description stating it is leather. Please let me know if you hear from of the any of the people you have contacted as I would be willing to back you up. Do agree that the positive reviews may not all be genuine!!!
I bought mine from Bexleyheath shopping centre, I spoke to the salesman who told me to contact via the website & they just fobbed me off, I contacted through facebook & instagram & they blocked me, i put reviews on trust pilot & they got them removed, ive got copies of their webpage description of the islington saying 'leather, its just cheap plastic vinyl ive contacted trading standards & watchdog & rougue traders & other bodies.
Same as us!!! First tear appeared within 10 weeks. Ordered ours from Ideal Home exhibition last year and spoke to same salesman this year who told us there was a faulty batch of the Islington sofas and to give him a call on the Monday, we tried on several occasions but got no answer!!!

This company state in their terms of service that they will upackage and construct the product on site for you to review the quality and ensure you are happy. However the delivery team came to my property, unloaded the goods, took a photo of the sofas at the house and left without fulfilling their duty. Secondly to this they turned up at 6am in the morning after stating they would come at 7am - 7:30am and after the company stated delivery was between 10am and 6pm.
After the delivery team have left, which they will do on their own accord, the company will not accept liability even after not providing their contracted duty to the consumer.

awful experience rude staff/lie after lie ordered furniture 6 weeks ago and still waiting--will not refund monies without charging £100 for the pleasure of dealing with them--reported to trading standards (not the only ones)

Ordered a sofa, paid deposit. Was told 3 week wait and printed on receipt will arrive within 21 days.
We got a confirmation phone call to confirm delivery date. 2 days later another phonecall to reconfirm delivery was the following day. We then Disposed of our old sofa only to get another call to apologise as they never had a sofa in stock and offered a damaged one instead on meantime and only if we paid the outstanding balance in full.
We cancelled the order asked for a refund and they refused saying deposits are Mon refundable. Even though they broke the contract. Reported to trading standards and going through bank to get deposit back. Be warned and if you are stupid enough to pay them a deposit most definitely do not give them cash.

Very Poor !
Anyone who pays money up front to this company is taking a gamble, on the one hand you maybe one of the lucky ones to receive your goods within the suggested 14 day delivery period , or on the other you maybe like myself and my wife who paid out £750 for a two piece suite nearly a month ago are still waiting for it to arrive, each time we contact them they give us the same old story...'we are waiting to hear from our curiours'.
Customer service is appalling ,we call them once or twice every day to see if there has been any progress, often they tell us they will call back but they never do.
My advice to anyone is to spend their hard earned cash elsewhere, because by giving it this company you may get nothing in return......we have now started looking for a new two piece suite elsewhere and have resigned ourselves to the fact that Furniture4u has stolen our money.

Beware Buyers!!!! Atrocious Company
My mum had a sofa delivered on Saturday. 2 days later we notice the stitching is clearly coming away at the seam. I contacting furniture4u for them to say it isn't covered in the warranty. Although their website clearly states they will either repair or replace any manufacturing faults. Well apprantly at furniture4u the stitching coming apart isn't a manufacturing fault although it clearly hasn't been stitched properly. Always check their reviews. I've seen some awful ones on them, unfortunately I looked after I'd bought! Do not buy from them! They always refuse returns and refunds. They say they accept returns in its original packaging but their delivery guys unpack it in the van and dispose of the packaging so you cant return. Disgraceful!!! Please please do not buy from them. Usually when furniture is to good to be true IT IS!!! Cheaply made and falll apart within DAYS!!!
I got a full refund from my bank. Then they offered me
a new sofa bed. As long as you pay by credit card and supply the bank with evidence you should get your money back. Debit card or cash they don't want to know. They are an awful company with 0 customer service skills.
