Didnt Receive Order
I bought 2 handbags via Gogroopie from this company some 7 weeks ago and are still awaiting a delivery. Cant talk to anyone, emails are not always answered, don't bother with them is my advise.
Deceptive Pricing
I've been a seriously loyal and highly satisfied Fab.com customer since they opened up shop. Have ordered more than 100 items in all categories just in the past couple of years. When the rare issue arose, their "Crackerjack team" resolved it and, in some cases, even issued a small credit toward future purchase, which of course made me feel highly valued and kept me loyal. That's why my recent--and now my last--experience is so disappointing.
Received a sale email stating "100 designs. Up to 70% off. 7 days only" and, enticed as I often am because I love their merchandise, went to the site which said "we've picked our top 100 products. Get 20% off". Saw the quilt of my dreams, priced at $74.50 with NO size stipulation, and went to place my order only to discover that, despite nothing in their email or site headline stating select sizes, only one of the three sizes was on sale and eligible for the additional discount. The size I wanted was $169, NOT the $74.50 that was clearly stated with no qualifications on their sale page. Same ridiculous pricing structure for the two matching sham sizes. Sent them an email along with screen shots and got an explanation about the ridiculous pricing from a very nice rep. No offer to honor the pricing they very clearly promoted, not even a token credit. It took another email for rep to even acknowledge/agree that pricing/promotion were flawed. I ordered the size that was on sale and can use it for another purpose, but it's not the size I wanted and I'm very sad that it's my last order. I LOVE fab.com and now can never shop with them again because I no longer respect them. I gave the them chance to do the right thing; they opted not to do so. Their Crackerjack team failed miserably.

Eu.fab.com - Appalling - Stay Away Until They Sort It Out!
So, I have come across this really interesting custom furniture website that caters for the european market called eu.fab.com (I assumed it had something to do with the famous fab.com). Having found no reviews, but having seen a few things I could potentially see in my new flat I ordered a few wood and material samples, and I am extremely glad I did!
Samples arrived promptly, but not the ones I ordered. So I emailed customer service people asking them to clarify what had happened. Having received no response a month later I sent another email reminding about my problem. 8 days after my second email I received this:
"Thank you very much for your email and apologies for this inconvenience.
I have ordered the missing samples for you and they should arrive within the next 2-5 working days. In the mean time if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me."
Wow! Such speed and professionalism is impressive! I am very happy I did not order something more substantial than just a few samples... I can only imagine what I would have gone through had I ordered a bed!!!
So, to all the Fab.com people out there: I am not too sure what you business model is like, but whoever is running your European business is making a big fat mess.
Worst Selections And Website Is The Worst To Navigate!
Fab caters to mainly one audience only. If you go on their site (which is poorly organized), you will agree. They need some major changes if they want to even think about surviving.

Love Me Some Fab!
Love me some Fab. Always an adventure!
Cool But Overpriced, Here's An Alternative
They certainly have a great selection of products and a cool looking website with a lot of social features. However, aside from the branded products, which they do flash sales on. I'm not sure if they deliver the best price value.
So why is fab.com expensive? Because you can find many of their products on Amazon for the same price.
#1: I think you are paying for the millions of dollars they spend advertising on facebook
#2: They spend a lot on designing the webpage to look cool (which cost money)
#3: The thousands of products they list causes them to have high inventory cost, a cost they need to pass on to consumers
There are many other websites out there that sell similar products. One website I've come across is www.pandasundae.com. (They sell everything from quick inflate travel pillows, mini humidifiers to cheap underwater cameras)
PROS:
#1: Founder is based in Asia so they can go direct and sourcing cost is cheap
#2: Good customer service (they responded to my questions over email pretty quickly). They also have good reviews on www.Yotpo.com
#3: Fun product selection, even though it might seem confusing sometimes
CONS:
#1: They website looks clean and nice, but doesn't have a lot of social media hook ins/ bells and whistles
#2: Longer shipping window (standard shipping is 2 weeks)
