I bought this pillow about three weeks ago, it cost £50, and is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Every night I slept on it I woke up with a stiff neck and a headache. Last week I was away on holiday, and had a blissful week of headache free, stiff neck free nights. The pillow is now back in the bag it came in, and stuck in the roof space. The pillow as described just couldn’t be more wrong, it’s just awful. Uncomfortable and awful.

I was a little sceptical of the Octaspring as we have had memory foam toppers & not been very impressed, but the octaspring mattress is a different kettle of fish altogether it's firm but not hard it's comfortable from the moment you lie down, I used to wake in the night & have to change position because of pressure points but not now I go into a deeper sleep than I have had for a long time, my wife prefers a softer mattress but also finds the 8000 comfortable which surprised her, the only problem so far is that before we used to get out of bed tired & aching, now we have a problem getting out of bed in the morning because it's too comfortable. The delivery service is an absolute pleasure it's delivered when you want & carried straight to where you want, no struggling up stairs no unpacking.The only negative is that you are led to believe it has a twenty year guarantee which when you look closer is on a sliding scale & by the nineteeth & twentieth year is none existent the full guarantee is for 5 years & the mattress cover is one year, plus the guarantee starts from the purchase date & not from the delivery date which in our case due to circumstances was thee weeks. For the cost of the mattress the guarantee seems poor.

Since purchasing the Dormeo Octaspring, I definitely have more energy and I no longer feel tired when waking up in the morning.

In the past, with my old mattress, I'd wake up feeling unrested and I'd tire very easily. Now, that is no longer the case thanks to Octaspring.

I consider using the Octaspring mattress an amazing experience and It has changed my life in many different ways.

We had a very good quality conventional sprung mattress formerly, but a few weeks ago acquired an Octaspring 8000. It is a great improvement, particularly in the way it supports you where needed and gives you softness where you don't! For example shoulders seem to sink into the bed better so that one is not so cramped, and also hips sink in and weight is taken on one's torso, keeping the body straighter. At first it seemed a bit strange, but no longer!

It is also better in isolating movements across the bed, so that movements by one's partner are less disruptive!

I ordered an 8500 mattress 5 days ago, and they phoned me to arrange the delivery date and time. Two guys turned up, took it into my bedroom, unpacked it and put it on my bed and took away all the packaging and rubbish. Good to see an online shop taking pride in their customer service! Would recommend to anyone.
