I don't usually review companies but my experience with Cast Iron Radiators has been bad.

My husband ordered a 10 column radiator a while back now. After having to chase up the company over 2 weeks after placing the order they said there was some kind of problem with the order and said in better words that it had basically been overlooked. After waiting a further 5 days it was eventually sent.

When it arrived it was very poorly packaged and as a result had lots of scratches all over and deep gouges on the feet.

When we called up the company to complain they were not interested and said that's why they had sent a tiny miniature bottle of paint so we could repair it ourselves but if it had been packaged slightly better this wouldn't have been necessary to the degree we has to touch it up. (Seems like a easy get out of poor packing and delivery really)

The actual paint finish itself is rather shoddy, there is bits of what looks like plastic or foam that have been painted over which looks dreadful and even more so where we have had to touch it up with a brush.

I'm pretty dissatisfied all around and wish we had gone for a more reputable company, but you live and learn I guess. "Sigh"

I bought 12 sovereign cast rads from this company for a new build property in Nottingham and was delighted with the price, service and quality. The quote i received was over 30% lower than the next best quote, they kept me up to date and the radiators were ready early - before i was actually ready to receive them. They could not have been more helpful and the quality of the product was better than i have seen anywhere else. I would certainly use them again...A1

Very helpful staff helped me pick out what I wanted as I couldn't decide from the website. I was very happy with my purchase and thought it was reasonably priced compared to other companies.

I searched for a local UK business as i like to support British companies especially in this climate. I am glad i didn't read any reviews as I would of missed out on a truly pleasurable experience. Whilst renovating my home i have come across alot of businesses and Cast Iron radiators is at the top of my list!! My concept was met and exceeded, the sales and customer service was nothing short of fantastic, a knowledgeable young man who knew his products and kept me up to date from the start of the process right through to delivery. I hope the negative feedback left is a one off as my experience with this company could not be more different. I could not recommend this company more, it is truly first class.

I placed an order for 2 cast iron 2 radiators and 2 sets of valves. I checked their delivery times page that said "5 days".

I received the first radiator after 21 days and the second one hasn't arrived after 26 days. I call every few days for an update and whoever I speak to gives me a new delivery date. I wait at home and the delivery doesn't arrive. I have repeated this process 5 times now.

This is the worst online shop I have ever come across and after looking for other reviews online it would appear as though I'm not the only person to have had this experience. 

Under no circumstances should you use this company, there are plenty of alternatives out there.
