I bought 2 items from the site; ordering was very easy. I chose to order from here as I got the best deal inc. EU delivery charge on the items (best deal in the UK and FAR better than in my EU country of residence). I got plenty of information about my order and delivery - when it had been dispatched etc., so I knew where in the process it was. Dispatch was in fact very fast; I placed my order late in the evening and got a 'dispatched' e-mail already the following morning! It was an international (EU) delivery, so I expected delivery to be according to or even slower as stated, but it was in fact much quicker, arriving after only a couple of days! Items were well packaged and arrived in good condition (no squashed boxes) despite the long journey, which was nice.

I have eczema and for the skin on my face I need a special cream I used to be able to find only in France. Now I can get it from The Health and Beauty shop at a great price. I found a lot of other creams from French laboratories which are the experts in treating dry skin conditions in my view, creams are far more rich than in the UK, and whilst you cannot get them in the shops in the UK, you can find many great brands on the Health and Beaty shop website. Prices are also the best compared to other websites. Another bonus, delivery is also very fast.

Clarins Everlasting does everything it says. It lasts all day,stays mat does,nt rub off,and it protects with SPF . First time I ordered some products but the staff wrote me an e-mail saying that the product I ordered was defected then she asked me if I could wait and gave me 10 Pounds off for the next purchase.
