Do not buy from this website. I ordered some shampoo, conditioner and some other products end of last year. They took my money straight away but I did not recieve anything. I tried to ring and no answer i emailed loads of times and never got a reply. Eventually after a few months they sent my conditioner out. But not my other products and I never got these. I then gave up trying to get them as guessed they were not going to reply to any of emails and did not care either. They are completely unproffessional and are just taking money without sending anything out.

Ho cercato sul sito la maniera migliore di poterli contattare e qui mi sono accorto della fregatura: nella pagina "contact us" non ci sono opzioni accessibili tranne un modulo per e.mail a cui è inutile inviare reclami, non li leggono. Indagando, ho trovato un numero di telefono a cui non risponde nessuno. Ho mandato un amico che vive in UK alla sede del Berkshire e anche lì non esiste niente. Non fate ordini con loro o perderete i soldi!

I ordered products but they were never delivered. I contact thier customer service several times but no answer. after 6 months I got my money back from paypal after escalting this dispute.

I had used this store previously with no problems. However in late August I place an order and I have still not received it, 6 week later! Yet they took they payment from my card they day after I placed the order. I have tried to call them, no one answers the phone and following repeated emails requesting either goods or refunds I have still not received either.

I now email them every day, but no response, no reply, no goods, no refund. They are utter crooks!!!!!!!!!!

This site requires me to give them a minimum of one star, but in my opinion that is way too generous.

I had been a regular customer at the shampoo shop for around 6 months, a few times orders had been wrong, but as my favourite conditioner had been discontinued at my local salons this seemed to be the only other option.

Every 4 - 6 weeks I buy the same products comming to £50.98 and then pay a further £6.00 delivery. This is now 3 months later, 1 written letter, 4 quite calm e-mails and 3 very angry E-mails later....

The company have not replied to any of my E-mails or the letter I had sent even due to my threats of writing this review and legal action ect.

I have learned that I can be too trustworthy and will now read reviews before I shop anywhere!!!

PLEASE DO NOT make my mistake stay well away from this website Its far much more bother than its worth

This was the first (and will be the last) time I ever bought from a company that has no listed phone number. Never again. Wish I'd looked a bit harder for reviews. I and my sister both ordered goods from the shampoo shop (we ordered separately) and some goods turned up a few days later, but both orders were missing items. Other items weren't as described - for example, we both ordered a gift bag (different types) which were supposed to be just that - bag plus three items in the bag. Instead I had two loose items, no bag. Hardly as advertised. Some of the goods looked like they'd been sitting around for awhile as well. Almost a month later, after several attempts at calling (I found a number in their 'Terms and conditions' section but there is never any answer) and emails requesting updates and then a refund, I have had to take my case up with the bank to get my money back. There are several cases of people having this problem on other sites. Might be a coincidence but a week later I had to destroy the credit card I used to buy the goods after receiving a call from the bank notifying me of attempted fraudulent use of my card. As I say, could be coincidence but I wouldn't be surprised if it weren't, this 'company' is as dodgy as they come. There are plenty of other companies selling the same types of products which are excellent so there is absolutely no need to buy from these charlatans. Feelunique.com and wantthelook.com are both companies I have bought from more than once and are both excellent. There are also good reviews for Gorgeousshop.co.uk, although I haven't actually bought from them myself. As for this one - Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
