I placed an order on 15th may, on 17th may I received the link to follow the delivery. 10 days later I have not received the product or heard from them. I wrote a mail to farmaline but no answer after 2 days. verry dissapointed + money wasted.

I have been waiting for days because I have no idea if my package even left their country for mine. It says shipped and the local Post Office says no tracking number here. It has been 15 days since the order, then no response of any type.. not impressed never use them again

I contacted customer service about a missing item in the box. They asked me to send a copy of the delivery note which I did. It rightly showed 3 items sent but 1 item was missing. Farmaline customer services said that it was proof enough that the item was in the box, they would not send the item or give me a refund and to have a good day. Do not order from this company as they will say they sent you a complete order if they do not and you dispute it. Absolutely disgusting customer Service!!!!!!!!

This was the first and the last time I order anything from Farmaline. I had ordered 3 pretty pricy products (they were supposed to be a present for a friend), and they arrived quite fast, but they were damaged. The shipment box was of a very poor quality and there was no bubble wrap protection of any kind, so products got smashed. The bottles itself didn't leak out, but the packaging was crushed and torn, looking like something I found at trash bin. When I contacted them about it and sent the picture of what the whole mess looked like, they simply said that products were not damaged and that they won't refund it. Interesting that "the product" for them is just a content inside the bottles/doses/packs. These kinds of products would never be put on shelves in the shops because they were damaged, but to them it's no problem at all. I guess I should be lucky they didn't just empty the product into an old yogurt cup and send it like that, because - the product itself is fine. Needless to say, these products were useless to me because I had to buy a new present for my friend, there was no way this could had passed as a gift.

I placed an order Dec 30, 2014 and received an email less than 24 hours later to indicate that my order was being shipped. Surprisingly quick!! Another 24 hours later my order was at my door. Upon opening the box I found that 1 product, a gluten free bread flour, was incorrect but an "honest" error due a simple and small label difference but but very similar products since they are both packaged almost identically in white 5kg bags. I immediately emailed about this error with a request to correct my order. An immediate & polite response was sent and the issue handled smoothly. The corrected item was shipped while the other was picked up at my door with no additional cost to me. I was able to find all the Damhert gluten free products I wanted and have been very happy with all of them. I will certainly order more and have already recommended them to many friends and colleagues. Nothing was inferior and all expiry dates were within a reasonable time frame. The best part, my entire communication back and forth with customer service was in very good English which was incredibly helpful for me!

Received items with very short expiry date one of them 2 weeks only!!! Poor customer service,very cheeky answers,AWOID

I ordered a product based on the ingredients on their website. When I was sent a different forumlation of the product that included parabens, I was first told it was the same as the manufacturer's listed ingredients. I sent them a screenshot of their website listing different ingredients and then the story changed a few more times. In the end, they will return my money but I am responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them. SInce the cost of trackable shipping would put me out of pocket to almost the same price of the product, what is the point. They have since changed the ingredient list on their website (basically admitting they were at fault) but they refuse to pay for the cost of shipping the item back to them even though it was their mistake. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When the company is at fault, the consumer should not be out of pocket to get their money back!

I need a particular product and they have satisfied my request in very short time. They are very sympathetic, polite and rapid to answer. They have plenty of excellent products, delivery costs are one of the least expensive, maybe the least expensive I have known

From placing order online to delivery, I experienced prompt responses to enquires, close order follow-up msgs and fast delivery. I still couldn't believe that I placed the order on a Thursday and by Monday morning my products arrived London from France in great condition!

I rarely write reviews on public sites but I do have the urge to tell you that I have no hesitation to recommend you to use this company.

Great service ! Very competitive prices and very fast delivery. The products always arrive in a good condition and when I had a problem, the problem was solved within 2 days. I was suprised about the fast service. Definately a must for everyone who is looking for a good online pharmacy.
