Bellezo carries Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray - the only product I use. I live in Korea, and it's impossible to find here. Not only do they ship here for a really reasonable price, but they offer fantastic communication and even printed a Korean label to help get it to my place.

I sent a mail on them and they were so helpfully with me, since i never had ordered with them before i was a bit scared if they might not help me. I got in contact with [name removed] , and he was very polite and gave me the best service! I wouldn´t hesitate to order with them again! After a while, a part on my K2 Professional Vapour Infusion Hair Straightening Iron was not working anymore, all i had to do was to contact [name removed] one more time, send a picture of the damage and he sent me the part that was not working anymore to me. They also have a very quick delivery, and i live in Norway - so it is a long distance too! I recommend to order with bellezo.com for all of you! You won´t regret.

My Pinkissimo hair dye arrived this morning .. Wasn't expecting to get it till tomorro ...soooo that was really quick ! Defo my new favourite online shop :-)

Have been waiting for over 2 weeks for items which were ordered on 2-3 day tracked delivery fro Bellezo. The items were listed as in stock and have still not, as far as I can ascertain, been dispatched.

Bellezo customer service is extremely poor and the number on the website doesn't work, leaving email as the only option of contacting customer services. I am currently being drip fed information on the whereabouts of ny order by some bloke called Gary.

Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a pair of C2 Corioliss straighteners from Bellezo and after a little while they stopped working. Corioliss have awful customer service and are impossible to reach. I called Bellezo up and explained the situation and they ever so kindly replaced the faulty straighteners after i sent them back to them. Amazing customer service very very pleased, will recommend to friends definitely. thank you!

I ordered a set of corioliss hair straighteners and chose the free shipping option on bellezo.com then about an hour later I got an email telling me that I had been randomly chosen to be upgraded to free next day delivery....before I knew it DHL were at my door with my straighteners! I shop online a lot and bellezo's customer service is A) surprising lol, B) friendly C) fast to respond! I have lovely straight hair :):)
