Wary of ordering online - had problems in the past but found this simple, easy and safe. E-mail answered promptly - product well packed and as described. Run by lady who understands goths so didn't feel a prat when ordering. Delivery prompt - got discount with first order as well so a bonus there! Good range of items as well. Website very clear and well laid out. Had no trouble finding stuff and pictures clear. Will use again - and delivery charge not too much either. Have dealt with people in past where item is really cheap but postage equivalent of sending it by private jet! Be very wary of these!!!! Good value all round and well made product.
