They Do Not Deliver!
I placed an order and paid for insurance with MiniInTheBox on Nov. 1, 2017. It is now Feb. 2, 2018 and I have never received the order. I have reported the problem, they have opened three different tickets and then closed them without resolving the problem and will not return my money. Every time I contact them, they send the same canned response, open a "ticket", but do nothing to find the package or refund my money. After 90 days it is obvious the package is not coming, but they refuse to refund my money. If I had known when I placed the order what I know now, I never would have placed the order. I would like for people to know not to deal with this company.

Shocking Returns Policy
Bought Garmin replacement watch bands/straps. Incorrect product sent and unable to return to North American address. Cost to return $50 with tracking vs cost of goods $25. (China or Poland)
I am a big on-line shopper and never had this problem with Amazon or Alibaba or any other vendor I have dealt with.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS CHANCE OF RETURN

Horrible Service, Horrible Company, Stay Away!!
Apparently my first order from June got lost and a replacement order was shipped early August, i was told to wait 20 business day the latest, still havent received my order.
This is company is terrible to deal with, all they say is to be patient, order is on its way. I really don't know what means of courier they are using that is so so SLOW. This is just rediculous!
I would not recommend MiniInTheBox to anyone.
So upset that they took my money and dont have the product yet.

Disrespected & Lied To, Wont Ever Do Business W/ths Company!
I have been asking for my money back for 2 months and they keep sending me the same reply.....please give it 30-60 days more, I have rcvd this message 3 x's. I keep saying no! and they are just ignoring me. no wonder they don't have a toll free number. Also in March their tracking said that on 3/30/17 the item was on the way to me from JFK airport... If you need to purchas anything, go to EBAY most items are less expensive also.
The only reason you have 1 star is because there is nothing less!!!

What a load of BS, I ordered from them 1 other time 1 item, worked fine, this time, still haven't received anything, ordered way more than normal companies would give free shipping on, and still was charged shipping, was supposed to be express 3 to 4 business days, been over 2 weeks now, contacting customer service is rediculous, and trying to track your shipment is an absolute joke, WON'T do that again!

I've ordered from LIght in Box on 2 occasions. I had the bad experience of waiting for months, calling, writing, etc. and gave them a second chance. I also had to pay lots of extra in tariffs, etc. so I stopped using. This morning I woke up to an alert from my credit card company. Someone had used my card to purchase $365.00 in merchandise from Light/Mini in Box. Coincidence? I think NOT! This website is not secure. Do NOT RISK your good credit. It's a pain to have to go through Fraud process. I'm certain they got my information from Light in the Box. You've been warned.

I Ordered A Cable For My Tablet, The Comment Secti
I ordered a cable for my tablet, the comment section told me it would be compatible with my device. When I received the product, it didn't fit. I wrote a review for the product stating that it didn't fit my device though stated in the comments it would. Later, I got an email from customer service that my money had been refunded and they were sorry. I even got to keep the cable, no time lost on returning. Great service, I didn't even had to ask them for a refund, they pleasantly surprised me.

Buy And Pray - Non-responsive Customer Service
Got my package stuck in customs and had to pay 100% duty. So my order cost me 200% of what was stated on miniinthebox.
I was not aware the the package would come from outside of Europea Union, everything on the site looked to be from within EU. The language was my local language, the currency was local currency and nothing stated that the package was shipped from outside European Union.
I've tried several times to contact customer support, but they are completely non-responsive.
As far as I know this company is order and pray, because once they have our money, pray is all you can do.

This ticket was not closed by me. I have $9.98 owing in a refund for item returned. Please be advised I will take this matter further if I do not receive my refund.

When am I getting my order? For no reason was cancelled, if they took over 2 months to cancel. If I order anything would I ever get it?
I would not bother with this company. I waited far too long for the items and ended having to buy locally. When they did arrive, I was also charged import duties making them more expensive than the UK.....I would steer clear
