Chinese Sham
I ordered a size 18w the dress was the size of something a midget would wear. and the dress stank like under air odor. it was orange and I ordered dusty rose. I paid $145 with shipping and was offered $50 dollars because my return reason did not meet their qualifications This company is a sham They deliberately send you the wrong items so they will not have to refund your money..I will post on every site possible to warn people not to order from these chinese sham companies out side of the usa. Support your country and leave these sham artists alone buy USA products. I truly wish i could post a photo of this junk.

BE AWARE! Return policy for clothes is clear, as it relates to special order items - NO RETURNS - and I understand and agree with that; however, I didn't order special order items. My items were mass produced, off the rack items, yet they still claim ineligible for refund, claiming even standard order items have same rules as special orders.
Too bad. Items are cute. Prices are good. My issue was that the items didn't look great on me.
Most reputable online stores allow returns, for this very reason. We don't get a chance to try items on until they arrive, so it's expected that some things look better in the picture than they do on our body. Online shopping should be like trying items on in the dressing room. If they look good on the hanger, but not on us, we have a way to proceed with no financial impact.
STEER CLEAR if you're buying clothes! This was a $120 lesson for me. Learn from my experience! Shop online at sites that offer easy returns and refunds.
I suspect this site doesn't care much about repeat customers. They've got a good thing going for them with calling mass produced items, special orders.

Deceptive Return Policy
Ordered two cycling jerseys, one small and one medium. The small fits like an XS and so requested to exchange. I was asked to take pics of the shirt label, the shirt, the package label, etc. I responded with expalnation that the shirt is not a quality problem but simply too small and the request is unreasonable. Customer service informed me that I will have to return to CHINA and incur all the shipping expense or accept a 30% credit of the shirt price and keep the item and give to a friend or re-sell. What a pathetic business model! Spend your hard earned money with a reputable business.

Don't Order And Try To Return
Ordered a dress that arrived with a small stain on the back of the bodice. They refuse to allow me to return the dress. I have never heard of such a thing before where you have to keep an expensive dress that is stained. They simply don't do anything except say they are sorry that you aren't happy. I won't ever order from them again.

order on 3/15/2021 on 3/25/21 contacted customer service asking on my order and what is going on with it since i had not hear anything from them about the order. I received a e-email with a tracking # now it's April 1st the it still state the label was generated on 3/19 in Jamaica NY shipping partner facility on the 21st and that's all to this day every time I contact customer service i get the same e-mail and the ticket get states resolved. i have repeatedly stated to refund my $ and have gotten no response... but they know my email address for their ads for the same thing i ordered...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Difficult, Almost Impossible To Return!!!!!
not my fault that the couch cover didnt fit. i measured it as instructed. with the measurements largest size was needed. still didnt fit. was their fault telling me it would fit, now i have to pay for return. they will not supply a return label. afetr sending then several pix of cover not fitting couch, bar codes, etc...they still are requesting more pix. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ONCE they have YOUR MONEY...the customer service stops!!!!!

Don't Buy From Lighr In The Box, You Won't Get Your Order
I made my order 27 April for 11 to 18 day delivery. One item was out of stock which delayed the dispatch of my order. My order was supposedly dispatched on 2 May, again with an 11-18 day delivery. As of 12 June, I still haven't received my order.

Never received item, raised with PayPal, nothing, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, you won't get it and loose your money, you can't get to soeak to anyone etc either, terrible company, should be investigated!!!

It Is Better To Throw Your Money Away, Than Buy From Them!
I've started proceeding for a Class Action against this company. I have given them every opportunity to refund the costs of my purchase and special shipping. They promised a refund in January and still waiting! They are now saying that the package is still on its way back to them, so they can't refund me until it arrives back in their warehouse. Customer service tries its hardest to ignore its customers by just not replying and they hope the customer gives up. If you were thinking of buying something from them I's suggest you think twice. Maybe a gift to a local charity with the money would be a nicer idea!

Warning: Most/all products originate in China. Deliveries take 5-7 weeks to US! Don't believe the "3-5 day processing" claims in the site. That claim does not include the 5 week sea shipping process.
