I ordered some flowers for Mother's day and my payment was processed immediately. I asked for delivery to be made on the day before Mother's day. The flowers did not arrive.

I called the number given on the website (0844 888 0256) and got the tone for "number not recognised", I have tried numerous times but still get the same tone. I emailed the address given [email protected] (the link on the website doesn't even work!!!) but did not receive a response.

Luckily I paid through PayPal and opened a dispute. I called the mobile number given on the PayPal transaction and got through answer phone, despite numerous attempts the phone was never on when I called. Eventually, he called me and told me that he would process the refund immediately. However, a week on the refund has not been made.

I tried to my best to see if this company was legit before I purchased from them, but neglected to call the number given. Had I known it was a fake number I never would have used them.

Please learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs.
