I ordered from "Progift - gifts and flowers for every occasion" over $300 worth of a both a beautiful bouquet displayed on the website, along with a gift basket of meats, cheeses and chocolates to be delivered to my friend in Greece! I even upgraded the already beautiful bouquet to make it even more dazzling.

What was sent wasn't worth $70 in my opinion.

I ordered a large, brightly colored bouquet with Gerbera daisies and roses -- and I even added money to make it premium sized with extra flowers. The bouquet delivered had totally different flowers than displayed on the website and was small and drab looking with mostly filler greenery.

I ordered a large basket of cheeses, meats, crackers and chocolates. The 'basket' delivered was actually a plate with 2 packages of cheese, 2 cracker boxes, 2 bruised bananas, 2 pears, 2 apples, and a couple of chocolate bars. All were ECONCOMY brand, so done as cheaply as possible, and extremely tacky looking!

I immediately called on Monday when I saw the photo my friend took of it, and complained. I even included the photos of what I ordered on their website and what was actually sent. I have not gotten any resolution and I think they are hoping that I will forget about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE THROWING AWAY GOOD MONEY FOR AN AMBARRASSING PRODUCT.

Do not buy - horrible customer service; they lie and hang up on you. Disputed my charge and they started harassing me with constant phone calls and emails. Hope you enjoyed my money because you will never get another order. Overpriced. Unreliable.

I ordered next-day delivery flowers, on Thursday. It's Sunday 8 pm and they have not been delivered. This is the worst service ever. I dont know if the flowers will get delivered. But it's given me the biggest headache. I paid $200 for the order to be delivered and it's just a disappointment.

This company charges about 30% more than their competition. I decided to go ahead with them after I spoke with their customer service via chat and they assured me that the flowers I was ordering for my mother in Italy would be delivered the next day (Sunday). The timing was important to me, as it was my mother's birthday.

I selected my mom's favorite flowers and placed the order. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until the day after the next day (Monday). Not only was it delivered late, but also they changed the flowers in the bouquet without asking me. That was an even bigger problem, as I had originally chosen my mom's favorite flowers.

When I contacted customer service to ask for my money back they used the excuse that the local flower shop was closed on Sunday. That's after I was assured by customer service that they would be delivered on Sunday and me paying their fee, which is higher than anyone else's.

Upon my request to get my money back for the poor service, they told me that my mother would have to go and return the bouquet to the flower shop for me to get my money back.

I will never order from them again. Very disappointing experience and poor, scammy customer service.

I used progiftnet.com twice in the past month, and they helped me so much that I had to write to a review. First, my boss had forgotten to send Valentine's flowers to his wife, and I spoke to them at 1pm on Valentine's to place a same day order and they helped to deliver a dozen roses within hours. Then, a week later my boss needed to send a condolence arrangement to his family in Vienna, Austria, and they did a great job on a beautiful arrangement. They were very helpful and I will continue to use them in the future.

I used Progiftnet to send my wife flowers while she was traveling in Brazil. with 1 day notice, the flowers were delivered to her Hotel. I never saw them myself, but the pictures looked fantastic. 10/10, would use progiftnet again.

Great service. I sent two different arrangements (a flower basket and an orchid) with chocolates included to family in two different countries for Easter, and Progift delivered exactly what I ordered, and my family members loved them. Although I couldn't be with all of my family on Easter, I was thankful for their help in helping my loved ones celebrate the day.

I needed to send flowers to my wife while she was out of the country, and they made it easy. I simply selected what I wanted, and they delivered it on time, and the quality was excellent. Easy of ordering, accurate billing, and timely delivery will keep me ordering from ProGiftNet.

I placed an order on the Progiftnet website and was billed an extra charge after that for delivery , other than the extra charge i confirmed on the website . The extra charge was 30 usd additional

The delivery never happens the second day and they contact me for an additional 40 Usd for delivery !! Btw cancellation is not an option too ... 

Additional money paid because no way out and the third day noon time after the order confirmation the package did not reach yet ... I hope it reaches or whatever reaches is decent and is even close to the picture or description

In Short i will never use Progiftnet services again and would recommend people stay away from it

I always get consistent quality and service from Progiftnet. Found them originally to send flowers to my mother in law in South America. When she loved them, I knew that I should be using them more often, so I began placing orders through them for my business, and they have not failed me once. We try to keep ourselves in customer minds by sending flowers and gifts for birthdays and special occasions, and they always make us look good.
