Fantastic Overall Experince...

Well it was going to be Valentine's day and my wife is visiting her family in China, while I'm still stuck in New York. I wanted to show her I was thinking of her so started researching florists who can deliver flowers etc in China.

I stumbled on a forum where various members were discussing florists they used to deliver flowers in various parts of China. Over and over I kept seeing Iweiyi as being the best. Somebody posted a link to Iweiyi's website and everything looked really good as to the actual website, prices, policies etc. I thought I'd take a chance so I ordered some nice flowers for my wife who was in a city called Taixing, but somewhere a bit in the countryside area..not so easy to get to. I did contact customer service twice first though as I,m the worrier type, and just had a few questions for Iweiyi...

Customer service had GREAT communication and put me at ease that all would be well, and even how to better navigate the website as I was having a silly problem as how to list the shipping address AND my address back in NY as seemed I could only get MY address to show at first. In any case my wife got the flowers, they are beautiful and going forward if I ever need to send flowers, chocolates etc etc Iweiyi would be the ones I'd use. HIGHLY Recommended!!

Excellent Deal

Today I placed an order to have flowers delivered in Shanghai and after doing some research on the internet, I decided to use Iweiyi flowers delivery headquartered in Shanghai. I put in the order before 12pm local time and had the flowers delivered in the evening. Everything went seamless. The delivery was done on time. I received from my friend the picture of the flowers which looked exactly likes the ones in the online catalog. I also emailed customer service a comment regarding the delivery and they have promptly answered back. I am very satisfied with the successful outcome and I highly recommend this company for their high level of service and also to mention that their pricing is very competitive and probably one of the best.

Happy With The Service

Hello,

I would like to share my experience with iweiyi.com, although I was a little afraid the first time I ordered especially on a Chinese website!!! I have to say that I am now completely satisfy with their service. My daughter live in Beijing since 2011 and I am sending her every year a birthday gift with a gorgeous flower bouquet delivered each time.

THANKS.

Worst Service

This is literally the worst service I got. The flowers were supposed to come on Valentine's day but was 2 days late. It was pointless when it arrived. The delivery guy has to call me a million times at busy work time to confirm I'm there. The delivery guy refused to send the flowers upstairs while I was in meeting. He has to ask me to come downstairs to pick the flower up. I was very mad that the flowers were 2 days behind. The guy called me just really doesn't care...

I believe you have my exact address, my company name, which is sufficient for most online service companies.

If my boyfriend did put down his name as receiver, which I do not know whether it is true or it is simply your excuse, my receptionist will accept the flower and send an email to us and ask who the flowers are for, which happens all the time. In this way, I get the flowers on time. For information security reasons, I know people here sometimes use pseudo names for online services. Nothing like that stopped other online company to deliver ON TIME!

I receive deliveries dropped off at our reception all the time as we are busy during working hours and sometimes do not have time for your call about deliveries. When your guy did call about the flowers, it was entirely unprofessional and irresponsible in the way he speaks to me.

I also strongly suggest you learn from normal Chinese delivery services and train your delivery person to send the flowers TO THE DOOR instead of just letting them bother your customers by calling too many times for annoying reasons. Your guy called me too many times just to confirm that I will wait for him in the office even when he is late. After too many unhappy calls, your guy still has the ball to insist that I have to walk out of the building into the cold during working hours to carry upstairs the freezing heavy vase of flowers myself. Perhaps your delivery guy is just too precious.

When the flower arrived. NO FLOWER FOOD. NO WATER IN THE VASE AT ALL. VERY UGLY WRAPPERS. By the way, your flower withered 3 days after, which probably will not happen if there were water in the vase and flower food accompanied like good companies give their customer.

And you again ignored my request to cancel the order, perhaps just like how you do to others.

Hello,

I think you didn't read my msg completely, as I said your boyfriend did not provided us your name, instead he writed his own name as the receiver, we then tried to contact him by phone and email.

We cannot just dropped the flowers like that without correct delivery details especially when we dont have the recipient name...

Hope you can understand this.

Best Regards,

Flower prices are generally higher for valentine's day. A delivery which arrived a few days later simply does not mean the same for me and does not worth the same price. I do not know when he exactly placed the order but I got a hint to expect the flowers since Valentine's day morning in China. He ordered the flowers from the US where the time is behind. It simply is impossible that he placed order online on 14 Feb.

I sent two customer service requests to you to cancel my boyfriend's order and refund him because all the inconvenience caused by the waiting. You ignored my messages.

You had my address all along. You could simply dropped the flowers off at my office from the beginning. You did not try much to deliver flowers which were clearly meant for Valentine's day and made cunning excuses to blame your customers.

Shame

Hello,

We are sorry that you was not satisfied with the late delivery of your order, but I would like to clarify few things to the readers.

Your boyfriend placed the order on Valentine's Day (February 14th 2017).

Firstly, we could not reach you with the telephone number he provided us for arrange a delivery time.

Secondly, he provided us his name as the reveiver so we tried to call him and got no answer, we sent him an email and got finally his answer next day late night (February 15th 2017).

He provided us another telephone number for reach you and also he provided us your full name.

We then could deliver this order on February 17th 2017 once we finally get all these important details for the delivery.

We always try our best to deliver the order as fast as possible but if we are not provided the correct delivery information there would be delay as people can understand.

Review Of En.iweiyi.com China Online Florist

I was wanted to send flowers to my daughter who live in Shanghai. I started to search in Google and found one online florist which seems to be okay. So I tried their service, I bought from them one flowers bouquet priced at $35 USD.

The flowers bouquet is composed of 16 red roses and some others small flowers which I don't know the names. By the way the price of $35 USD is very cheap compare to our florist here in US.

The flowers were delivered as requested and according to her opinion the flowers were very fresh and beautiful, so I am very satisfy about this company and I want to let everybody know it.
