First time ordering from Delightful Flora and kicking myself that I didn’t check their already appalling reviews! I ordered a large bunch of red and pink roses, I chose red and pink specifically because that was the theme of the event I was hosting. They sent red and yellow roses. When I queried this, they said they can’t guarantee the colour of a flower and wouldn’t offer a refund or a partial discount. Their responses were so unhelpful and rude, not even displaying the basic customer service principles. Their only suggestion was that I return the flowers - which would have been dead by the time the post started again after Christmas. Clearly they just want to annoy people, which is obviously working based on the reviews and they are losing a lot of custom - terrible business model. I order flowers weekly but never again from this place.

Ordered flowers 'next day delivery' to be delivered on Christmas Eve. They were despatched and lay for 3 days before being delivered on 27th! Received a pathetic response about being allowed up to 3 days to fulfil an order....well not on a NEXT DAY order!!!! Flowers should be delivered fresh. AVOID this company and spend your money elsewhere if you don't want to be left disappointed!

Ordered large bouquet for a birthday, received small bunch of poor quality flowers with no resemblance to photo on website. Customer services dismissed my complaint, Waste of money.

Please be wary when ordering from this company as the flowers don't look like what's on the website. A bunch of flowers were ordered on the 23rd June 2025...fantastic on the delivery as it reached the recipient next day. (Delivery was paid for) When the pictures were received upon the delivery of the flowers, it looked a much smaller arrangement compared to the extra price paid for the larger arrangement. (You can tell by the amount of lilles etc there was, I compared it to the amount of lillies etc on the website picture) Also they sent out the wrong balloon compared to the picture which was very disappointing as I had chosen that specific striped colorful one for my bunch as the other one has celebration with a drink bottle and we don't drink. I emailed them and the reply was that the arrangement which was received was the right size and quantity was exactly how it should be for a larger arrangement. Regarding the balloon they wrote in the email they realise our disappointment as a substitute was sent and they said they apologize for it. Unfortunately still not very happy with the customer service received when I got in touch with them regarding the size of the arrangement and the mistake they made on sending the wrong balloon!! From the email received, it seems they have a template already which they send out. I don't find they have apologized very well and were very sympathetic of their mistake.

Would give a no stars if it would let me. Paid extra for the larger bunch and looked nothing like advertised. The bunch I received after spending £25+ was smaller and worst quality than a £4 bunch from a local supermarket. Contacted delightfulflora with my disappointment and photos of the missing flowers and low quality and they emailed back to say we can't help as there are no quality or quantity issues. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered I lovely bouquet for my daughter's birthday went it arrived I was shocked it was less than a 1/3rd of the size, so not value for money

I ordered flowers 19 days before my delivery date, yet they arrived a day late for a birthday. Yes it was after the Easter Bank Holiday weekend , that's why I ordered them early, at no point was I warned that they may be late, before I paid my money.

Ordered flowers for present. Delivered on day selected but flowers were dry, wilted and very poor quality. No moisture in box.

Honestly the worst - due for Mother’s Day - they arrived 4 days early! dead by Mother’s Day, she wasn’t even in the country. Dispatched 5 days early. I emailed them and they said yes we dispatch 1-2 days early. No apology nothing I replied and said yes 1-2 days is ok but you dispatched 5 days early. They then screenshotted the delivery showing 5 days early dispatch and 4 day early delivery. No apology no refund. The flowers were honestly atrocious too - no better than a £3 pack from Asda.

I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my mother on Mothers Day, a Sunday. What was not made clear anywhere was the fact that they use Royal Mail for deliveries, which means Sunday delivery is impossible, so being able to select this date was totally misleading. Furthermore, when the flowers were delivered an unacceptable 3 days early, they were clearly old with brown petals, and most were dead by Mothers Day. I sent multiple emails of complaint, the first of which were replied to with an empty apology, and the subsequent ones have been completely ignored. I am disgusted and will never use them again.
