Worst Bouquet And Response Ever.
I ordered the orange burst bouquet in the large size. The bouquet was delivered a day early but this is not my issue. The bouquet delivered had not one orange flower in it and did not reflect what was advertised in terms of size, quality, colour or freshness. I understand some flowers may have to be substituted but would expect these changes to result in a similar looking bouquet, not simply omitting the main flower shown on the website with more plain white daisies/chrysanthemum resulting in a bland and boring very plain display. There were 5 peach coloured roses but they were limp and turning brown and shriveled at the edges upon delivery, they look like they will be on the compost in a day or two. The one open lilly was damaged on 3 of its 5 leaves and looked very sad. In general the bunch looked like it all needed a good water. This was the worst bouquet I have ever had the misfortune to send to anyone. Value for money and product quality will lead to this business ultimately failing although I suspect the owners have a cheap supply line that they will exploit until the public become aware and stop ordering, so it may never have been a long time business plan.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them for Valentine’s Day. The first time, they delivered a day late, and they’ve done the same thing again. USELESS!!! I placed my order three days ago, and who knows when the flowers will be delivered. I gave them a second chance, HUGE MISTAKE!NEVER AGAIN

Very misleading pictures of flowers on website are nothing like you recieve disgusting from a company no card arrived either I'm not happy nor.is wife.

Should have read the reviews before purchasing, but thought I would receive better service from a smaller business. Don’t waste your money. They advertise next day delivery and don’t make it obvious it’s only before a certain time, then allow you to select a certain delivery day but tell you after the fact that this wasn’t guaranteed. Considering bouquets are fragile, usually for an occasion and are needed on SPECIFIC DATES, you would think delivery dates would be taken seriously. Now had to purchase elsewhere and I’m chasing a refund. Do better, or people will purchase from the bigger companies.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on 31st December 24, had tracking details and were posted on 30 th by Royal Mail,didn’t arrive until 2 nd Jan 25. Have emailed company 4 times and no reply,they just kee Sending junk emails to order again. Absolutely disgusting company,first and last order I use them for. All they needed to do was apologise and make there excuse,but flowers turned up looking like dead. &30
