Started off ringing up Nevada to ask if they had a guitar i wanted in stock. After being assured they did, I made the 2 hour drive down to Portsmouth. When I got to the shop they no longer had the guitar I wanted in stock but they could order it in for me. Agreeing to this I asked to try a very similar guitar out (you know to make sure I like it before sinking £1000 on it). I was told no, I could not try it out in case i scratched it, I then asked to try out another guitar with some similarities, after the manager finished scrolling on his phone for 2 minutes, he finally decided that I could try the guitar out, but not before he gave me a patronizing speech about 'if i damage the guitar ill have to pay for it'. (Whilst getting the guitar down from the wall he managed to whack the head stock into the ceiling and scratched the guitar...) After trying the guitar out i then went ahead and ordered it. Apparently the guys at Nevada don't really update their website very well as the guitar was priced at £759 yet they refused to sell me the guitar at that price and then bumped it up to £929. Reluctantly agreeing with this and we placed the order. I received a call from Nevada 2 days later saying that the guitar had arrived. Not wanting to make another 4 hour round trip, I asked that they take the guitar out of the box to make sure everything was OK and in working order and sent it to me via Currier. They assured me that it was and sent the guitar. The next day the package arrives and what do you know, it was the wrong guitar. After spending about 10 minutes on hold I was told to then fill out a returns form on the website, so i did. Not hearing anything for a few hours I rang up and they made some excuse about the suppliers not sending the right guitar to the shop. (remember I was assured that everything was ok when the guitar was taken out of the box at the shop). They then arranged a Currier to pick up the wrong guitar and drop off the correct one. A day later Mr Parcel force turns up to take the guitar back, but doesn't have anything to deliver. 6 hours later I get a email saying its been delivered. To the wrong address

Not exactly the best customer service is it...

Daughter needed a replacement ukelele for a teaching assignment in France. Despite the disruption of new year deliveries Nevada came up with the goods before the deadline with a personal service. Commendable.

Had no problems and the order came the exact day it was supposed to with no delays and also the guitar I ordered came perfectly clean and in mint condition.

Ordered from Nevada on Sunday afternoon and the goods arrived on Tuesday morning, as expected. Nevada kept me fully informed throughout the process. I have used them before and will certainly do so again! Have also recommended them to a friend who received similar excellent service.

The guitar was well packaged so came to me in perfect condition. It was delivered, as promised, the next day and delivery was free. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will definitely be using Nevada Music again!

Bought the TC Helicon Harmony Singer which was the best £145 I have ever spent....period !! As it didn't arrive next day due to 100% Parcel Force's fault, Nevada refunded my postage costs. Didn't expect that as they did nothing wrong.
