I ordered a Christmas present on the 2nd of December. Order status was still "payment received, waiting to be dispatched" on the 13th of December. I emailed them to ask when I could expect the order. Despite the website stating that a member of the customer service team would be in contact within 24 hours, I had to ring them on the 14th. It turns out that the item is not in stock and they can not get it. The website should not accept orders for items they don't have. Also, when were they going to bother to let me know that my son would not be receiving his Christmas present? Will never use again.

Tried to order a console - they said it was in stock on the website, didn't bother letting me know their website stock details were incorrect (I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt here) and only replied the day after I enquired what was going on.
3 days after ordering, I get a message saying "Sorry we don't have it in stock - would you like another one?"
Eh - no - if I wanted another one, I'd have ordered the other one.
Cancelled order and found it elsewhere cheaper, in stock and delivered next-day.
Definitely won't use gain as this was just before Christmas.
In summary, stock levels on website not accurate, customer service very slow in responding, not at all helpful.

I was initially cautious of buying from this site as I had not heard from them before until a friend recommended them after his Halo Reach purchase.
Ordering was easy, and I got confirmation emails all along from order to dispatch.
My game arrived 2 days before general release and have been enjoying it since.
As I had not bought from them before, I called them a few days before dispatch as I was a little worried but they were very friendly and made me feel me my order was going smoothly.
All in all I was happy and would recommend them
