I am delighted I used Superfi. They had exactly the player and speakers I wanted at the best price I could find on the web, which included free Royal Mail delivery the next day. I had a small problem in understanding the use of an accessory I bought at the same time and customer services sorted me out in no time. I have nothing but praise for Superfi

I received a damaged item from them and all emails regarding it were ignored.

As has been said on other review sites - once they have your cash they are no longer interested.

Far better companies around to buy electrical goods from.

Not only is this a great website for top quality Hi-Fi and TV surround sound systems but their customer service is superb. The true test of buying from any Company is when something goes wrong. I received a faulty amplifier and Superfi were brilliant in sorting out the problem. They were polite, helpful, apologetic and within two days I had received a replacement item which worked perfectly. With customer service like this I would recommend them to anyone.
