Ordered item, never received the item nor the refund. Form emails are sent every 10 days stating the order/refund is in process and to call customer service with any questions. There is no customer service number. STAY FAR AWAY!!

If you really want to know what this company is like to deal with, have a look at the reviews on TrustPilot. They are truly shocking. I too am a victim of ONEDigitals UK. I've been trying for two months to get my money back for an item I ordered and paid for but didn't receive. Despite trying for two months to get my money back, I am still being fobbed off with empty promises. It is NOT a UK company, but is based in Honk Kong. How they can continue trading and perpetrating this is beyond me. I must question why the credit card companies have not blacklisted this company. Avoid like the plague – you have been warned!

I ordered a product on the 17th November for 6/8 day delivery. After contacting them on the 13th December they advised they could not make Xmas delivery. Refunded policy was 10 working days. 8th January and still no refund, Live chat waited 90 minutes for an answer to be advised within 1 minute that I had not responded and they closed the chat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

A Hong Kong based company masquerading as a UK based company. They immediately took my payment of £146 for a pair of Jabra earbuds. I then contacted Jabra who advised me that they were very likely counterfeit as onedigtials.co.uk is not an approved supplier. I therefore asked for a refund and all communication from their side shut down.

This is now with Visa, pending a refund. DO NOT order from this company. They get away with cheating people out of money in the UK because they are not subject to UK law.

And don't be fooled by the lower prices, as the manufacturer said, they are very likely counterfeit, and that is the case, its money down the drain.

The host domain owner should ban them.

I ordered an iPad Mini 4 from them, then decided to change to an iPad 2017. Sent them 2 emails, 2 website messages and tried calling their UK hotline. No reply whatsoever. Too bad I hadn't checked them online, the website looked very professional. Stay away! Reference: order number 515-2995.

These people are android enjoyed under a different name. Stay away from them !!!!!

Their so called office phones are just redirect to China
