I recently bought a TV from the Stratford store and wanted to give some feedback on the sales person.

Gabriel Sanchez listened to what I required and went through my options. I was glad of his knowledge as I was unsure of the technology available. I was happy with the service and would like to pass this on.

the laptop is for my girlfriends xmas so i cant comment on it but read plenty of good reviews on it before i bought it, i can though comment on the service i recieved from Micro Anvika, it was excellent from start to finish and the laptop was in my house 400 miles away in the north east of scotland 2 days later, had a little issue with delivery on ebay but after a few emails and phone calls it was all ressolved, cant praise them highly enough for service, delivery, price and product.

Ordered this 3D Samsung blu ray Yesterday got it today!

Very good delivery - was well packaged and came on time.

I got regular emails with updates on my order and the Staff are very helpful, replied to my email within a couple of hours (very rare!)

Cheapest price online and would 100% use this company again, hadnt heard of these guys before so will tell my friends.

I only wish I purchased my TV through these guys too.

i was very happy with the product i received. The price was reasonable for the product.

The service was excellent. I needed the product quick, and i had it delivered next business day at no additional cost to the product!

Rajan (who i spoke to) was very helpful, and quick to get hold of or respond to my queries. In fact to ensure i knew when the product was going to be delivered Rajan provided me the tracking info at the end of the day just incase this never came from the courier.

all in all the product was well packaged, the cost was reasonable, the service was excellent and i will be buying many more products in future from here!

This is the second time we have bought a computer through Micro Anvika and we have been very pleased with the service each time. The customer service team are always very helpful and have found solutions for our individual requirements. In addition, once the right proof of entitlement has been provided, Micro Anvika will send the purchases tax free to overseas military personnel which saves having to claim the tax back through a separate process. A big bonus.

I bought a computer from Micro Anvika many years ago and was pleased with the service then so decided to try them again.

The salesperson-Rajan Patel-was helpful and efficient.He made the experience smooth and effective.I made an arrangement to have extra RAM installed.

Because of this and in view of recent troubles in London I was advised not to pay for next day delivery as it could not be guaranteed. Despite this the machine arrived the following day just after 24 hours later. Brilliant!

I don't think that Apple can match this kind of service.
