Guys I am telling please don't buy any product from this site. Before buying see the reviews everywhere, you can find easily. I bought one wireless Bluetooth speaker and when I got it it was totally damaged. I called for reverse pickup and they told they will arrange. More than 20 days I didn't got any response from their side.Again I called them and now they told me please courier us. And the most irritating thing they told that they will not return the courier amount which you will pay. And while calling these people are talking like a lazy fellow. You even scold them also they don't have any responses, even not a sorry word also. I am telling guys these websites are making people fool. Buy doing so they are earning good amount. Because out of 10 people only 2 or 3 returns their product, so obviously they will get profit.

I had ordered item through online on 15 th Dec...Got SMS it will deliver within 3 days...After 3 days I contacted customer care ..Where I got sleeping response and disconnect ...Send mails and got replay executive will contact you...Today still I didn't get product and contacted customer care... Spoken to senior executive ...Again assurance for two more days wait ...And given nonsense reason....It's pathetic hope less line ...Don't order here. Even if ordered and not delivered no coursty service like . Updates r reader inform....

i have baught a i ph cover of rs 550. but when this cover is deliver to me its duplicate of that one i order..  they dont sell what we see.. its more than 10 days i dont get my money back..

I have ordered a product and I got a message that my order is ready to ship. Next day I got a message that the product is out of stock so my order is incomplete. there is no word regarding whether they will refund. kindly don't believe and don't waste time and money. Please do not buy any product from LatestOne. They are sending non-working items and cheating the customers like us. I brought a Bluetooth watch for gifting it to my nephew on his birthday. I purchased it and didn't opened it since it has to be gifted. I gifted it on the birthday which came after 10 days of receipt of the material. As per LatestOne policy the material should be returned within 7 days. Hence I lost my money. I know I did a mistake believing that LatestOne will send a working product. Hence please do not buy anything from LatestOne, if you buy it you may have to run behind them to get it replaced. All your decision.

I had purchased a battery bank for my iphone 6 close toh 40 days ago and had refunded it within 2 days of purchase as the site had shown it as a wireless bank however in actual when i saw it was just not the same which is why i asked for the refund.. now the dese guys were so quick in picking back the product from my place however its been close to 40 days...they have not refunded the money back aroun 700/- the customer care number is bogus...neva gets thru...i hv trief approx 25 times...not even a singe time they picked up. i even opened the ticket to raise this and even emailed at [email protected] ...and they just have one sentence to say SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE PLS CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER...no matter i had clearly mentioned in my email that you guys neva pick so that's my number ..pls arrange a call back before i take this up with the consumer forum... but all in vain.. worstttt online shopping experience everrrrr guysss stay away from this site...

I ordered a "Flip cover for my Nexus 5" on 29Feb and paid 149/- instantly but I did not received it till yet. It was suspicious from very starting as they never gave me the delivery date. Regarding that I even raised a ticket and tried to react them through phone most of the time it gives me error "Number does not exist" but after contacting them on multiple numbers, multiple times I finally reached them. They promised me that the product has been dispatched and even send me a fake Gojavas tracking number which I keep on tacking. But even after 10 days the product showed that it never left the warehouse. So, I started calling Gojavas for the product they also make me go round and round for 8 days and finally said that they can not resolve the issue and I have to contact the company I purchased the product. Now I have no where to go I just want to say to other people beware of them and try to stay away of them as a plague. Otherwise you will loose both your money and time. If any one knows how to get your product out of them please let me know, that will we very helpful.

I bought sony headset which i noticed earlier in facebook page. first thing headset is not from sony corp. But it was advertised from sony brand. second thing headset clarity fully fake. Even not able to hear songs clearly. So I decided to return my product within 1 day which I received from delivery boy. latest one customer care was not able to respone even did not take call. Another I did, raised help ticket. till date yet to get reply from their side. Totally waste of money & product. This is one type of cheating our people guys. don't make us to foolish.

I saw an ad on my Facebook wall, showing couple of products from my smartphone model. I have seen selfie lenses and rear camera lenses however I was a telescope for a smartphone for the first time. I just wanted to see the real product and how it works so I ordered it. I received it today well packed and product is safe and sound. Product is quite good, all metal body and its has 8X zoom in option too. Another good thing, I can use this telescope standalone too just like a regular telescope. Just little concern, its little heavy. I would suggest to use some ultra light weight metal. I just noticed they also have 12X zoom telescope too. I wish I could exchange. Maybe I will return this and buy that one since they have return policy. However, all in one its a good product price is little pinchy.
