Please do not buy any product from LatestOne. They are sending non-working items and cheating the customers like us. I brought a Bluetooth watch for gifting it to my nephew on his birthday. I purchased it and didn't opened it since it has to be gifted. I gifted it on the birthday which came after 10 days of receipt of the material. As per LatestOne policy the material should be returned within 7 days. Hence I lost my money. I know I did a mistake believing that LatestOne will send a working product. Hence please do not buy anything from LatestOne, if you buy it you may have to run behind them to get it replaced. All your decision.

thank you very much for your repeated same response and non intention for replacing the damaged piece. As i mentioned, will not be doing any more transaction with LatestOne. i didn't know that you will send damaged items also. Hence I believed your delivery which is my mistake. thanks again.
