I ordered a new USB game adapter ViPowER VP-H209B.

I received a H209 (wrong part) and the unit was a used.

After 3 mails, the service desk replayed, with an arrogant replay the part was obsolete.

Originally ordered a pink guitar for Rock Band, but was sent an email stating that they messed up and that guitar wasnt in stock. They immediately refunded my credit card. I ordered anothet guitar, paid for 2 day shipping, and it was here right on time. It was brand new in the box, never been used. One of the buttons stuck, and my husband had to take it apart and fix it. I contribute that to the guitar being brand new. Havent had a problem since. Im enjoying playing my favorite game with my brand new guitar :)

I purchase a sleeve case for my JBL speaker charge 2 but the case is too small, I have tried numerous times to contact the company through phone, e-mails without any results

The GPS was a refurb but looked like new. I was not able to register it with Magellan. Therefore not able to register it with Magellan. I do not know how updated the software is in this GPS. Price was very reasonable.

I recently ordered a window mount for my tomtom go910 and the first one had minor damage. I sent it back with all the helpful info provided by Krazeekrazees. We purchased a NEW Wii drum set (aftermarket) for our son for Christmas of 2012 from this company on their Ebay store. After the drum set had been used a handful of times, the green drum (the control basically) stopped working. We have tried numerous times to contact the company through Ebay, and directly through email, facebook, website, and their phone number. We have yet to receive a response and we are almost to Christmas of 2013. I live in MN and am willing to drive to their location, do not expect a free exchange (unless the set is deemed to have stopped working due to manufacturer error,) and have told them this. Stay away! Too much of a hassle and terrible customer service. The price you will save buying their products will not be worth it! Buy quality products from a company that will back them!

I am very please with my order of the Magellan GPS 3250 replacement cord. I have full confidence in Krazee's service.
