I purchased a refurbished hs30exr from Fuji shop in April 2013. The price was about 15% less than new hs30exr were being sold on ebay. (found after ordering). Delivery was very quick.

The camera was badly packed with missing foam from inside of box. Charged battery and fitted only to find that the camera was faulty due to a focusing error, warning on screen and was totally inoperative.

I contacted Fuji who sent out a prepaid bag for return, and was refunded within a week.

Have been looking for a new camera but what I wanted I couldn't afford. I then stumbled across the fuji shop website and found a refurbished version of what I was after. Refurbished means it has been returned and made as good as new by one of the fuji techs. Saved myself quite a bit of money. Paid for it late one evening , was dispatched the day after and arrived day after that. First time I have bought a refurbished product but did my homework and it is recommended that you purchase direct from the dealer as it would have been fully tested, sometimes tested more than a new one on a production line. Also comes with a 12 monthly warranty. I'm really happy, would use fuji shop again!

I purchased a refurbished camera direct from the UK Fuji Shop at 1.00pm.

I received notification it had been dispatched at 2.30pm with it arriving next morning at 10.00am

This is the second time I have purchased a refurbished camera from Fuji UK and it has been excellent

50% of the cost of a new model and as far as I can see it is good as new, in pristine condition.
