I ordered some LEDs labelled with a particular forward voltage stated. When they came they clearly weren't the voltage stated. I returned them, and emailed explaining my actions but had no reply. 5 weeks on, emailed again. No response and still no refund.

This heater was delivered promptly and without fuss. Within a few days the heater ceased to work so I contacted Evale to explain my problem. A new replacement heater was sent out to me within a week and pick-up of old heater arranged soon after. Excellent, friendly customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of audio baluns from Evale back in October and one has stopped working. Evale have been utterly useless in responding to my request for a replacement. For this reason, I will never purchase another thing from them - ever.

Very good service from Evale - great price and delivered quickly. Unfortunately one bulb was damaged in transit. I e-mailed Customer Services and a replacement was sent very quickly. Will definitely be using Evale again.

The bracket appears to be excellent value and robust enough for the job, unfortunately it was no good for my TV as the mounting holes on the TV are to near the top and would leave all the wall mount visible, I will make use of it on another TV I plan to wall mount. It would have been helpful to know that the TV fixing holes need to be a specific distance away from the top of the TV to prevent the bracket being visible before I purchased it.

If I remember rightly, upon ordering, the website did not alert me that there was insufficient stock to fullfill my order. I had to contact via the website and await an email response to my request for delivery information of the shortage. My accounts man was perturbed by receiving an invoice that did not match the original expenditure as we now had to have two deliveries. Making allowances for the order I placed might have been for 'slow moving' parts, and the prices being very keen, Good job really.

I ordered a selection of parts to build a power supply and it all arrived quite promptly and as advertised. The prices were pretty good on transformers which is why I chose to buy it all from Evale. There was no paperwork sent with the shipment, only e-mail, so if you need an invoice you have to print it yourself. Finding things on the web site could be better, some categories have thousands of entries, searching within categories would be better than the global search provided.

I got abit impatient but had not hen to worry about as the goods were delived when said.
