excellant product which my window cleaner husband uses for tough to clean windows!

I ordered some LEDs labelled with a particular forward voltage stated. When they came they clearly weren't the voltage stated. I returned them, and emailed explaining my actions but had no reply.

5 weeks on, emailed again. No response and still no refund.

This heater was delivered promptly and without fuss. Within a few days the heater ceased to work so I contacted Evale to explain my problem. A new replacement heater was sent out to me within a week and pick-up of old heater arranged soon after.

I purchased a pair of audio baluns from Evale back in October and one has stopped working. Evale have been utterly useless in responding to my request for a replacement. For this reason, I will never purchase another thing from them - ever.

Very good service from Evale - great price and delivered quickly. Unfortunately one bulb was damaged in transit. I e-mailed Customer Services and a replacement was sent very quickly.

Will definitely be using Evale again.
