As i worked for a company that dealt with neat ideas (grantham) we was a main buyer from them, after talking to the salesman who came in the van we was shocked to find that 99% of the products neat ideas sell are cheap Chinese imports with no kite marks and not tested to British standards? he went on to reveal to me the company was struggling as they are getting so many returns, they give the impression that its English manufactured but in fact couldnt be further away from the truth!

one of the main products was a slicer which retailed at £19 we bought hundreds of them and send at least 150 back over a period of time, i blame neat ideas as they clearly are a bargain basement company that want to offer little more then nasty cheap products..stay away there is better companies like "Betterware" who's products are much better quality.
