Avoid Like The Plague!!!
Bought a Waterlux shower screen from them earlier this year. It leaks through the pivot section so is essentially useless. They have totally ignored several emails. Now trying to find the manufacturer of Waterlux products to contact them direct.

1st Bathrooms Are Now In Administration
Having spent months chasing an order I finally managed to get hold of someone who confirmed they had taken over the trading name but the original company was now in the hands of the administrators.

This is the most disgusting Internet company I have EVER used!!!!
I placed an order of over £800 on 30th may 2013, it is now the 20th of june and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from this awful place that call themselves a business!
I have sent over 300 emails- none of which I have received a reply from! I have also spent 3 hours on the phone and never actually spoke to a person, I was on hold every time.
I have contacted trading standards, my bank, and will take legal action if nessessary.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY AND COUNTLESS HOURS TRYING TO GET IT BACK.
Absolutely awful, one of the worst things is- the are STILL bloody trading!!!!!!!
i both also from them a couple of items on begining of April and till now waiting from them for my money back .... i received goods on one day but next day they collected everything because nothing was looks like in web side

Disgraceful Company Where Have They Gone????????????
Im guessing this company has taken not only my cash but plenty of other peoples cash too, in rather a underhand way. Same story as many of you ordered a sliding shower door arrived smashed, cant get a refund or replacement but can buy another at half price!!!!!!!! Now cant get hold of anyone from this company, if you have any conscious pick up the phone and reply to the emails you spineless lot.
Took several calls and emails to speak to the manager to try and resolve this before FIRST BATHROOMS disappeared.
Luckily i did pay for this with a credit card but now have the hassle of filling in forms and the extra expense of ordering another door.
The website and prices are low but thats no use if the goods are faulty when delivered or even lucky enough to get them delivered.
Now there is no-one to contact?
You are not even worth one star you have taken money unfairly you rotters

Shocking Customer Sevice!!
Used First Bathrooms as part of a range of online suppliers for my bathroom refit. My order arrived 2 weeks later than published on website, apparently because one item was out of stock, however there was no communication from First Bathrooms regarding this and I had to chase to find out. When the order finally did arrive it arrived incomplete!
Had to call to follow up at least 5 times and always on hold for at least 5 mins - twice I was on hold for 15 mins!
Staff have no regard for inconvenience caused, there seems to be no urgency or regard for efficiency/customer service whatsoever! In comparison, other online bathroom suppliers delivered in less than a week, full communication and prompt, considerate customer service operatives.
I will NEVER use first bathrooms again.
Waiting on bath Shower mixer to fullfill my order. This morning unobtainable number! It's not looking good. Hoping that the rest of my order is intact but we shall find out once the plumbers begin to install the bathroom!

Same as other reviews. Partially fulfilled order, hung on phone for 48minutes before giving up ... phone number unobtainable now... Looking for somewhere else to buy the missing part of the order. Feel sorry for those that spent a thousand or more and got nothing, at least we're only a couple of hundred quid down ...

Please Be Warned!!
Placed an order on 1st May and paid £639.97p by direct card which was taken out of my account within the hour. Heard nothing for 2 weeks despite emails and telephone calls to them. Was emailed to say my order was being despatched and contact would be made. Another week went by!! Got a telephone call apologising for the delay and was told delivery would be on 4th June. NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. Despite numerous emails and phone calls have heard anything.
FIRST BATHROOMS SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE WEBSITE TO PROTECT PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY!!

I ordered a lot of goods from this company and spoke with a friendly lady, never heard another thing, they take your money and that is it!!!! Really disgusted that they can still go on advertising. I have repeatedly phoned and get left on hold indefinitely and I have emailed and they do not respond. Do not waste your money.
First Bathrooms Or Worst Bathrooms?
My story is similar to a lot on here. Spent a lot of money (£1890.00) .....stuff didn't turn up - no replies to phone calls and e mails etc. etc.
When I ordered the stuff the girl couldn't have been more helpful. All down hill from there on. Have now received most of the stuff although had to keep putting off builders and plumbers while we waited ......and waited. Was without bath and shower for almost three weeks - fortunately have another toilet.
Two of the items were incorrect including a bath with pre drilled holes (I ordered one without). Was so sick of waiting I kept the bath as they said they'd be a six week wait for the one I ordered! If I had returned it (they'd offered to collect) I'd probably be £400 out of pocket now.
Compared to a lot - I consider myself fortunate although I'm still waiting for shower taps. A truly shameful outfit.

Gone Bust?
We had no communication about our delivery which was promised. They passed no messages on to their courier, who are equally awful (UKmail)
they now do not answer their phone, we waited 30 mins on one occasion and nobody answered.
Hopefully they have gone bust because they don't deserve to be in business.
Don't be tempted by the competitive prices.
