I placed an order with them for goods advertised as in stock. They refused to fulfill the order. When I went back to the website I saw that they'd increased the advertised price of the item by £4.98.

Never heard of the company before but very cheap for a Dishwasher spare part I needed plus I choose the Free Delivery option and the part landed 2 days later.

I will always check with the website before buying in the future as some retailers were quoting huge prices for the exact same part.

Easy to use website although the checkout page could be a bit quicker.

Watched video on you tube on how to fit seal , suitable for this model. When we took seal out, we found that the front of this particular model didn't come off, it was spot welded in place. Rang number on wrapping of new seal, and got through to Indesit!! They said that we couldn't fit this ourselves because most of the casing had to be removed, and we would need and engineer to come out and do it!, costing best part of £120......... We persivered with it and managed to get new seal on , although quite tricky and needed 4 hands, but it worked a treat. When putting the seal on the drum, roll it onto the drum, this worked better near the end rather than just lifting in place.Ezee - fit part @ £18.50 much better option than £120 from Indesit.

Had no idea what the part was that I needed for my cooker but after finding www.ezee-fix.co.uk on the web their website was very straight forward and got me the part I needed and at a much cheaper price than my local parts centre.

Found a discount code online which made it even cheaper :)
