I bought some Neff bits from these guys. They kept me up to date with the delivery date and gave me an email nearer the time to remind me which was great. The price a customer help would make me go back if I need anything more.

All of our Bosh and Neff kitchen equipment arrived Friday last week as arranged and in now fitted and working fine.

We received conformation of order soon after placing our order and a friendly gentleman phoned us so we could choose what day to take delivery.

We realised the next day that we had ordered the wrong appliance and discount appliances sorted that out in no time quickly and efficiently.

I ordered 4 Neff appliances for my new kitchen and saved around £500 on the best price my kitchen supplier could manage. I was rescued by Discount Appliances from making an expensive mistake as they rang me to ask if the microwave I'd ordered was to be built in as if it was I needed a wider one. No need for them to do this and I was very thankful. Correct microwave was substituted and the bill amended with minimum fuss. Also received phone calls confirming a.m. delivery on the day and then 'we're nearly there' call. Everything in perfect condition. Would recommend this Company unreservedly and shall use them again next time I'm shopping for appliances.

I have just bought a Bosch fridge and am truly impressed with it. Spacious and roomy, it can store as much as I would like to. Happy that I bought my new fridge from a company that is considered as a 'Green' home appliance leader!! Hoping nothing goes wrong with it…but not to worry as it backed up two years parts and labour warranty !! Oh!! I also forget to mention, I already own a couple of Bosch appliances too, dish washer, hob gas and tumble dryer!! Thumbs up… all the way to Bosch!!

I ordered 5 Neff appliances from them for a new kitchen. They give you a great discount for buying more than one and, if you buy a handful, they are open to negotiating an even better deal.

Delivery was on time, direct from Neff, which meant the appliances were as expected, and didn't have a scratch on them. They're now sitting in my garage waiting to be fitted.

Their sales kept me up to date with everything and I would happily deal with them again.
