This company who trade under Appliance Warehouse online sold me a LG washing machine which has never worked and after numerous repairs they will not replace it. I appreciate that they did not make the machine but they have by law a responsibility to replace faulty goods or provide back the funds.

This company were by no means the cheapest on the web for the four Siemens products I was looking for but when I phoned them they were keen to work out a package price and said they could hold the goods for me with a deposit until my kitchen arrived. The guy I spoke to was very knowledgable about the products and he obviously wanted my business as he matched my best individual prices from elsewhere.

As it turns out I have already purchased a washing machine from these guys on their sister website Appliance City last year but I didnt realise they were the same company. Great service and great package price which saves me dealing with multiple companies - top notch!

I recently decided to have a new kitchen fitted but was concerned I wouldn’t be able to afford all the appliances I wanted as I had a limited budget. I had been recommended Bunny by a friend in Nottingham but as I live in Leeds I couldn’t get down to the showroom so I gave them a ring. They were extremely helpful and directed me to their website and ran through with me a number of different ovens, dishwashers and hobs. The girl I spoke with was very thorough in terms of the specification I wanted and tailored a package deal for me that meant I could afford all three comfortably without having to sacrifice on quality. After I spoke with her I did some research online to see if I could get the products any cheaper – I couldn’t – plus I also got free delivery!! A+ service, fab delivery and they are now sitting comfortably in my new kitchen!! Was so impressed with the company from start to finish plus the delivery guys were lovely!! Thank you!!!!
