Samsung Laptop promised next day delivery for an AC adapter. This was particularly useful as we were leaving the UK two days later. The promise was fulfilled. We have no complaints but only praise for a fast and efficient service.

Everything arrived on time. Everything works perfectly (including the 16GB memory upgrade). Very happy :-)

Got my Samsung NP780 and very happy with the way they deal with customers. Not first time buying from them so would defo recommend them.

Got laptop from this guys and next day got a call from them saying I can get a free Galaxy tab as well - can not really go wrong with that!!!

Looked at what laptop Magazine and it came recommended there - made few phone calls and Samsunglaptop was the only company to answer all my questions hence I ordered from them no problems came next day before 12 even though I was prepared to wait.

Customer care over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful when I had some difficulties ordering through the website (due to wanting to deliver to Ireland and having issues with the obligatory postcode field). For some reason, the registration form that has to be filled out when making a purchase wouldn't work properly using Google Chrome, so the very nice the guy on phone support advised me to use Internet Explorer and that worked. Had to call three times in total with one thing or another, but wasn't left on hold and had my questions answered very quickly.

I spent hours in a search of the model I wanted - then phoned 5-6 different online stores who claimed to have it in stock but Samsunglaptop.co.uk was the only one who had stock and delivered next day.

I bought this laptop to play 'Call of Duty' and was amazed. Graphic is fantastic and computer never slowed down. Laptop was delivered next day, there were no delays. It was the best deal I found on the Internet.

This is the only site I found that did Samsung NP530U3C-A04UK with 8Gb memory. When I called them a friendly guy confirmed that I can get this model with 8Gb next day (extra charge though) and explained in details how I can claim a free Galaxy Tab and 5 years warranty from Samsung. I chose free delivery and the laptop came in 2 days :-)

Odered this model from samsungLaptop, it came with 8 gb of memory, all other shops sell it with just 6 gb,it is a very good deal , very happy so far ..
