Excellent value

This is my second purchse from PC Specialist in twenty years. My new laptop was built and delivered in under one week. The online progress information was helpful and up to date. The laptop is exactly as I had requested and is perfect for my needs. The chassis and screen are very high quality and the operating system works perfectly. This is a much higher spec and quality than I could have found eleswhere for a similar price and the ability to configure the machine is invaluable. Highly recommended.

Great custom build

Ordered a pc with the intention of adding my own parts (GPU and an extra SSD), and I love that their warranty accounts for these sorts of things. The quality of the build itself was better than what I could do myself, and the price was competitive with a DIY build.

Gaming PC blew up. Ordered a new one Monday at midnight and had it built and at the door on the Thursday morning. Great clean build and everything working as expected - they even had wired in the GPU power so I didn't even have to route that myself. Updates on the order were fantastic, got a picture of the build after they'd finished building as an update. A+++!!

I have used PC Specialist now for many years and bought several laptops and a desktop computer from them. Just recently I purchased my new laptop from them. As always they provided an excellent service - giving me the ability to customise my laptop to my exact specifications. They provided regular updates on the build process with clear communications about when I might expect my laptop to arrive.

Amazing Experience

Can't fault the experience I've had with PCSpecialist whatsoever. I had no idea what to expect as a first time PC buyer, but their level of communication and overall service was way above what I'd expected. You're kept well updated throughout the build/testing process with the 360 model being a nice unexpected touch. My item was delivered within a week of placing the order and it was very well protected and packaged when it arrived. The PC runs beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Five Computers Since 2014 Always Recommend

Great company to get a custom-built PC/Laptop never had any issue with any of them. My original PC from 2014 is still running with no issues. My most recent purchase is fantastic and came well packaged and I was constantly kept up to date when getting built etc. You won't regret purchasing from PC Specialist. Much better than HP/Dell etc computers aren't loaded with pre-installed software. Cannot comment on customer service after purchase as not had one issue with any build.

As I have no experience building a pc, should I consider getting tech assistance or just try build it on my own based of what I can find on YouTube?

You should consider getting tech assistance, i have had built to my own specification the equipment i need from PC Specialist, (I have had my last two laptops from them, great service and no, i don't work for them lol). It would make sense to talk to them first as they would have a better grasp of what is currently available in the market right now. They would also know what is best suited to your budget and build according to what you are going to use your PC or laptop for. hope this helps.

Is the elimina pro laptop aluminium or plastic?

For some reason I keep getting loaded into the bios. I am new at pcs and don’t know how to fix the problem I have tried restarting it but nothing’s works any help would be appreciated I did buy the pc from pc specialists and I have a ASUs bio.

Check your BIOS settings for any automatic BIOS access - Like.. As soon as you turn it on, look for something that can turn it off. Also I would recommend speaking to PC Specialist about it.

I would phone them they are very helpful. I would think it depends on how far they have got. they are the best computer firm I have dealt with.my pc is great

I'm considering buying a laptop from them and wondered what are the actual laptop itself is like? What make or brand can they be compared to? Are they just a cheap case/shell around quality components or as I'm hoping a decent bit of hardware?

The only chassis I can tell you about is the Cosmos 2 17.3 in chassis the top is brushed gunmetal grey metal and it is the same on the keyboard area the finish is excellent and it really looks the part the chassis is not cheap and it does not flex the laptop weighs over 3kg I would not hesitate to buy another hope this helps
