The item was delivered broken. I immediately tried to contact them but no one answers the customer service phone. I emailed twice including pictures but no response. poor service and will not use again.

Ordered some notepads several weeks ago. They didn't appear about a week after they were 'dispatched '. after I complained they said they must have got lost in the post and would send out replacements immediately. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Avoid.

Recentley purchased product from this company ,and had nothing but hassle to return faulty item.From the time of contact, they tried to put me off returning it, and had to pressure them for a return label. Then after 11 days of no e-mail to say they had recieved it , I then sent e-mail only to be told they hadn,t got it back, and then questioned if I had a reciept of post . When I said I had they only then asked, if I wanted a refund or like for like.This Company should be AVOIDED ,

Customer Service- What's that. Wrong item sent, numerous emails but would not pay return postage. Amazon refunded my money and I sent the items back

'return to sender'. Don't know if they got the return but who cares. Amazon should delist them.

I had the misfortune to purchase a security light from Babz Media. When the light arrived it was not as ordered. I sent the item back as requested, having no contact from the company i emailed Babz asking where my order was only to be told they didn't have any of the item order as 'in stock' on eba unbelievable. Steer well clear.

Great item low on cost and quick delivery. brilliant company.

I purchased some dvd+rs with this company and I returned them due to the fact that they were very cheap shoody and tacky discs, when they should have been SONY or MAXELL, I used their ebay site twice. I thought it was a mistake so I ordered another I returned them and they "did not get back to me" thus I have lost money and I feel very foolish to have dealt with them, I am ashamed to contact them again and have decided just to let you know to warn you off if you have to deal with this company

Bought 48 Duracell Alkaline Batteries from this company. They lasted between 2 and three weeks on light use before going flat.

Emailed them and was ignored. Probably Chinese fakes.

I ordered a product from this company. The item sent was different to the image advertised on their website (a common complaint when you read the feedback reports from other customers). Contacted the company who insisted they had sent the item advertised. Initially they weren't interested in my complaint repeatedly stating they had sent the advertised item. After several e-mails they did invite me to return the item for a refund but at my expense. Why should I pay to return an item misrepresented on their website?

With 627 negative feedback ratings IN 1 MONTH alone (see ebay website) I'll leave you to decide whether this is a company with a good customer service record. I certainly will NOT DEAL with this company again.

I ordered a product off this company.

It was completely different to the picture advertised and as such I did not want it. I felt the item had been misrepresented and broke advertising regulations.

I contacted them and they said they would refund the money and the cost of postage up to second class. I kept a copy of the proof of posting and emailed them a copy.

What ensued was numerous emails with them telling me eventually they would refund the money. They have never refunded the money.

I will never buy anything from this company again and I will report them for false advertising.
