Surprisingly Alright !
Having read all the negative reviews I was very apprehensive about ordering online but I'm glad I took the risk . Initially my payment remained "pending" with no progress on the topshop website with my order for 3 days after placing it . My first phone call to cancel an order took me an hour to get through and this is not a free phone number either ( consider changing this topshop ! ) however the sales assistant was helpful the order got cancelled and I got my refund 3 days later . The remaining order eventually processed after 3 days pending and from there it was pretty quick got a shipped confirmation , the day after early morning it was delivered to store . This arrived one day earlier than estimated and pick up was easy peasy. All the items were the correct size and products and packaged well . My only gripe is their poor communication emails go unanswered , phone calls take ages to be picked up and their twitter takes a while to respond . If you really want something I say take the risk but be wary of some of these factors if you can buy it in store do so.

I am not a 'normal' Topshop shopper, being over 60. I had seena a skirt that I liked in Topshop in Menary's Tempest in Bangor Co Down but they didnot have my size. I went to Topshop in Victoria Square in Belfast and was served by a lady who went out of her way to locate the skirt for me. It was not sold in that branch but, thankfully, someone had returned one to Victoria Square and Rebecca L found it for me. She was such a pleasant girl and had a lovely way with her. I would return to that branch of Topshop in future. Very well done Rebecca L.

Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service
I ordered a pair of boots online with a standard delivery. Not only have i not received the item yet, but when you go on to the website for Hermes the delivery company that they use, there isn't even a contact number to speak to a human being... I have spoke to the customer service dept after being put on hold for nearly 30mins.. finally spoke to someone to be told that she didn't know where my item was and that i could have a next day delivery if i pay another £50 and Topshop will refund my account in 10 days!
I will never ever use this site again, And to be honest a customer service department should be more helpful and willing to HELP the customer rather than fobbing them off saying that someone will get back to them in 72 hours. Totally not good enough. I've spent £50 for a 'floating' item.
Topshop you stink.
Failed To Refund An Item Never Collected From Store
Despite trying to contact customer services for over 10 days I just keep recieving anautomated response to say they will respond to my query within 48 hrs.
The have had my returned item (never collected) for over 8 weeks and have not refunded my account.

staff dont care about customers whatsoever they just stand around chatting amongst themselves. And the products are of poor quality so I dont know what those high prices are about.

Disgusting Worn Clothes Badly Packaged
Received my parcel to discover my shorts had been carelessly rolled into a ball, disgustingly stretched and creased and had clearly been worn as the crotch area was stretched! There was also a huge line of thread that had came off and the tag had clearly been re stapled on as you could see the old holes.. DEFINITELY won't order online again! And I will be returning these hopefully as it looks like I have worn them now, thanks a lot topshop. So annoyed.
However there was no problem with the top I ordered.

Shocking Customer Service!
after my parcel not being delivered to a store address i wanted to get in touch with topshop. the reply to my email was
' Thank you for your email received
I apologise for the delay in responding to your concerns. We are currently receiving an unusually high volume of emails and very much appreciate your patience.
Unfortunately I would not be able to discuss the order due to the Data Protection Act. I can advise that the person who is on the billing details will need to contact us. We will then be able to look into the matter further for you.
I'm sorry that I couldn't assist you further at this time.'
I am the person on the billing details . I called and was left on hold for over an hour which then cut out. I still do not know where my package is.

My Order Is Too Late.
I ordered clothes and choose collect from store last 2 weeks. Now I did not receive anything from them.
It's terrible. I try to call them but no one did not answer me. BAD SERVICES

Appalling On Line Ordering
For a second time I have been charged for home delivery when I had selected the free in store delivery. The system drops back to the chargeable delivery if you change any other details on your order without highlighting this to you. I wonder how much extra revenue they make from this sneaky little trick!
