Perhaps the quality and service from this business is OK, but I'll never know. I contacted them to supply a £300 worth of cuff links, provided clear design, description, picture, logo, text and everything but the guy dealing with the order just messed about with email responses which just delayed everything. With a tight deadline all he had to do was get the order confirmed in a quote to me and take the payment. But no. Total fail.

When I called him (having asked him to call me) to sort it, he told me I could shop elsewhere and put the phone down. As a result, there is no time to arrange replacements and 15 people are being let down.

Maybe stick to ordering off the shelf items from their website.
