I have many items from Pure clothing and I was looking forward to receiving my latest item. However, the Gassato cashmere was thinner than ever and the pale pink very see through. The garments are not cheap and this was not the quality I hoped for and therefore not worth the price paid

I made a few online purchases from PureCollection, but I will never shop with them again, because I’ve found the company’s ethic to be terrible.

I started being bombarded with catalogues from all sorts of organisations. So I investigated from where they got my personal details. And I was shocked by the fact that PureCollection’s name was given by most of them!!

The company sold my info to every thinkable organisation that is willing to pay for people’s personal data for marketing purposes. I cannot believe how many organisations they sold my details to; other retailers, weird charity organisations and digital marketing companies who sold my details to yet more organisations!!!

I must have forgotten to opt out of my data being shared with third parties during my online purchase, but the box for opting out is hidden and you will easily miss it unless you are careful, which is questionable under the current Data Protection Act and will be illegal soon.

It’s shameful to try to make money so relentlessly by selling customers’ personal details.

I now feel like I’m having a nervous breakdown finding ridiculous numbers of catalogues in my porch every day!!

I've been buying from Pure for about eight years and yes, I've had some hits and misses (in terms of size and colours, and like another customer, I found the gassato cashmere too thin to be useful or 'worth it') but what I've always found is good customer service. They are thoroughly reliable in dealing with returns and refunds, and their garments are beautifully packaged and folded when sent. I like the additional products and service they offer too - like repairs and products to help look after cashmere.

After arriving home from work late this afternoon, my parcel had arrived from Pure Collections. I am so thrilled with the quality and true to size of my my 100 percent Cashmere Cardigan. It is very soft to touch and finished off with good quality buttons. The colour is also exactly what I was expecting. The attention to detail with the packaging should also be praised. There is nothing I dislike about it. Considering my order came across the world, it only took 12 days.

I would now not hesitate to place further order with Pure Collection UK.

I buy my jeans and trousers mostly from Pure along with other classic wardrobe staples such as cashmere. This company does need to update some of the its designs and colours a bit, but generally , if you are a classic dresser, they are top notch. Superb quality and make up of the garments along with the best customer service I have come across in very long time!! Buu with unbridled confidence!

I have bought 3 summer dresses in the passed few years but the style never changes it's now becoming boring.

I tried a winter design dress but the waistline was too high to flatter, note, please make your shapes to fit the real body contours.

it's time to rethink the fashion scene and compare with other designers especially the Italians. I have bought some wonderful flattering designs and and colours from these companies.

The fashion market is so large one has to keep up with new designs to be in demand.

The quality of Pure cashmere can not be faulted but I will not buy until I see a design that will really grab my interest.

Simple ordering procedure, even easier returns process and customer service is great - speedy response. You feel like you're being listened to and taken seriously, which is something sadly lacking in other retail support functions.

The website is easy to navigate, and payment system is easy too. Delivery is quick and efficient and returns have been made simple. The quality of the items is almost always guaranteed to be excellent. I have only had one disappointment which was the gfinishing on the armhole edging of a silkl t shirt. Otherwise I have been delighted with my purchases and would not hesitate to recommend Pure Collection to my friends. In fact I have and I have also sung the praises of your cashmere items in particular.

Having bought several pieces a few years back I have never been inspired enough by the current designs to order again having said that the pieces I did buy before have lasted really well and were great fit and quality. I ordered several different styles with a 25% welcome back offer making them a more competitive price and was disappointed with the fit and quality of most of the garments, particularly around the armholes and shoulders. Most were returned and the Return Service was efficient and relatively speedy. Will I order again? Only when the designs have a bit more zing !
