I ordered a dress in November it come ripped, i was told to get it fixed myself ! then i tried it on after it was fixed and realised the dress wasnt fitting tidy on the bust, this is because these is only padding on the left bust. I have tried messaging but getting my emails returned. they will not reply to me, now my wedding is 8 weeks away and i have to either pay a fortune out to get the dress done or just buy a new one. Absolutely gutted and disgusted they are quick enough to take your money then block you

Ordered a swatch of material from this company and was pleased with the colour that came. I then went on to order my 3 bridesmaids dresses, yes it was a different material from the swatch, but supposedly the same colour.

What came was 3 dresses, supposedly pink but was orangey peach. They were nothing like they had described or like my colour scheme for the wedding. I was very upset as they would not let me send the dresses back or get a refund, even though I tried to send them back the day they arrived.

The sizes were all off as well, one of my bridesmaids supposedly measured for a 14 and could fit in the size 10. The dresses also came with no sizes on them, so you had to hold them up and guess which one was which.

Customer service awful, rude and not interested about customers rights. Very disappointed with the experience I have suffered due to them and almost ruined my wedding experience.

I have since had to go down the costly route of bridesmaids dresses from a bridal shop, but worth every penny as they're stunning, amazing quality dresses!

Has anyone bought a 'Royal Blue' dress from here? If so please let me know if it is actually Royal Blue as I'm getting worried because bought my Prom Dress and should arrive on Thursday. Also the delivery description is coming up saying "100% POLYESTER LADY DRESS" and I thought they were made from Chiffon etc..

Do you also have to pay for the DHL delivery when the dress arrives as I've heard from a few reviews that they've had to pay £19 on top of everything else..

I was so apprehensive as (stupidly) on my part I didn't check with trust pilot until after I'd ordered my 5 adult bridesmaid dresses from OK dress, I was concerned at how they could be so cheap and arrive so quickly. I actually stared at the delivery box for a good 15 minutes before opening because I was so worried but oh my days... They are astoundingly beautiful! They look EXACTLY as they did in the picture online and the colour was perfect, the measurements I sent to the company were exact and they fit all my bridesmaids beautifully (I am rather proud of my measuring skills). The quality is that of a wedding boutique and I'm slightly regretting not buying my wedding dress from them. They also sent a free gift for each of my bridesmaids. Would 100% recommend!

Listen to the reviews on here and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Can't stress it enough. This isn't just a one off annoyed customer, it looks like lots of people have had the same experience. I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering.

I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses and they arrived looking totally different to the picture on the site. Customer service is terrible and they are refusing a refund despite providing substantial photo evidence that the dresses are different.

Its very stressful. They are a China based company ripping off designer dresses poorly. You do not have the same rights as you would with a UK based company so please please please be careful ordering online and do not be deceived by the fancy website - Don't order!

I'm new to buying online and didn't realise there were customer reviews.............I ordered what was going to be my wedding dress............huge mistake. It looked lovely on the very professional website. The size I ordered was a standard UK size 14 what I received was anything but and the quality was very poor. I contacted the Customer Services (what a joke that is!) and explained that they had sent the wrong size and the quality was not of merchantable quality, all I had in return was a photo of a dress with a tape measure showing the size. After weeks of emailing to and fro and getting nowhere I gave up, which is what they want you to do. There Customer Service is non-existent and they are very aggressive to deal with. This company does not adhere to any Trading Standards and I can't believe they are still trading, it was a very costly lesson....................if its China avoid it!!!

Have just received my wedding dress ordered on July 6th. Fell in love with this beach wedding dress. Ordered a standard size 10. It arrived packaged well..I was able to track it's progress until it's arrival. Fits well generally needs to be taken in alittle around the bust only. Was concerned by the negative reviews but am very pleased with my purchase. Stunning.

This company is hands down the worst company I've ever come across, orderd a dress it's arrived late. As soon as I looked at the dress it looked a mess the sizing is all wrong and the proportions are all over the place unless you walk on stilts these dresses wouldn't fit anyone. That's just for starters, upon inspection I noticed that all the threads were hanging out the zip couldn't be zipped because there were so many threads all along the bottom of the dress were loose threads, seriously they were everywhere! Around the top, the waist everywhere it looked so tatty and horrible.. I contacted the company immediately and told them that the quality was "of unsatisfactory quality" they asked to see pictures so I sent pictures, I was of course expecting and apology, here's your refund etc! NO.. They told me that they were busy and that I should get some scissors and trim the dress myself and there is nothing wrong with it!! For the last 2 weeks I have been arguing my rights to them they have told me they do not want the dress back as it is useless to them (this was not a bespoke dress this was a size that they stock) the customer care is none existent I only wish that this review would allow me to share photos to show how bad it really is! I urge anyone considering okdress to reconsider you will be massively let down and you will never see your money again, I may as well of thrown money in the bin. The company name is also very misleading it says .co.uk but in fact it's China the entire company is in China. Absolutely shocking!!.

Selection of dresses ordered in standard sizes to be bridesmaid dresses for a wedding. One was too small, contacted OKDress several times, to be told no returns or exchanges, DESPITE there being a policy on the website. I could understand if this was a custom made dress, but it isn't. Called several times, three of which the employee HUNG UP on me.

DO NOT USE. What's the point in having a returns policy if it isn't followed. Poor service. Poor value. AVOID!

Before I ordered my prom dress from okdress I read the returns policies to make sure that I could return the dress in case it didn't fit me well. When the dress came it was HUGE on me so I emailed the website saying that I would like to return it and asking which address I should return the dress to. (I also sent pictures of how big the dress was as I was asked to ). The person who I was communicating with refused to let me know where to send the dress back and keept on repeating himself that it took a lot of money to make my dress. I then reminded him that the website has a 14 returns policy and said that the dress was for my prom and how I really needed to return it because I then wouldn't be able to buy another one as it cost me £130 which I worked for myself. I asked him multiple times for the the address and he did not give me it. He made an offer saying that they would pay me back 15% of the dress. When I refused the offer, he made another and changed it to 20%. I tried phoning the contact number but unfortunetely there was no answer after calling around (20) times. The website refused to let me return the dress for a full refund and I have unfortunately lost my money (£130).
